This was discussed in his thread, & basically he said in his video that he saw the 3 episodes during the premiere, & hated them so much that he doesn't wanna bother with further episodes. This led to the shills dilating over it, including the Turkroach Hasan Piker grifting over it.

Mind you, he's one of the few people I know of who still criticized the show before this season.

Fucking where, man? I just rewatched Drinker's video from 3 weeks ago and nowhere does he talk about any season 4 episode at all. He just reiterates his opinions about the older seasons, pulls up audience reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, and talks about interviews with Kripke. Either you're talking about a completely different video or you're from another universe where Critical Drinker isn't a pretentious fart-sniffing angloid whose only claim to fame was when Adam from YMS acted like a retard and made Drinker look good by comparison for a couple of days. Everything about this video was such a big outdated pile of nothing, I almost thought it was uploaded last year and the algorithm brought it back to the surface. It reminds me of this joke review of The Last Jedi, where the guy admits he didn't see it and it was bait to shit on movie critics, only there's no punchline. Yeah, that guy is a Hollywood bootlicker, but Critical Drinker really does fit the mold of talentless film-critics who add nothing. I'll admit the people responding to Drinker are all soyboys, but he still sucks. Just once, I'd like to see someone talk about The Boys without being a poltard or a soyboy.

I wish we had less of these liberal BS writers and more writers who simply wanted to tell a good story without needing to drag politics into it. Every year there's fewer and fewer shows I find enjoyable, because they're just slop. The boys could have actually been good, but that would have forced the writers to actually focus on the super power part of the show.
Hopefully soon we are going to see a rapid decline in this bullshit. MS just laid off their entire DEI team, I wish more companies will follow suit and realize that qualifications matter more than skin color.

I’m still maintaining that most of these scripts were either written in 2016. At first I thought it was super preachy because “they’re saving democracy”, but now I think it’s because they knew they have a built in audience and they can’t be bothered to update the scripts because they have absolute contempt for their viewers.

I feel like i've said this before but these scripts were 100% written in Current Day. It's just that Hollywood hasn't moved on from Literally Hitler getting elected in 2016. Nearly a decade of seething with at least another decade to come.

They got serious mileage out of Dubya and they are doing the same with Trump.
 
The Boys always seemed just gross to me when they started making these series. I guess the comics were brutal and edgy too, but at the same time it doesn't feel the same. There is a lot of forced shock, 'mature' topics and grossness in the series which I don't remember being AS bad in the comics personally. The biggest example for me is the Love Sausage character. He was just a big Russian guy with super strength and his name seems more like a nickname that he had gotten due to his past misadventures. He was obviously old fashioned, but was likely one of the more positive superheroes in the series and an ally for the Boys. But in the series he actually uses his dick to strangle people and it acts like a tentacle of some sort. Meanwhile his personality is different and just seems to be antagonistic. Only added just for the "HE LE USES HIS LE P*NIS AS SUPERPOWER XDDD". Why they thought it is a good idea? Beats me. But someone in their child molesting clique thought it's hilarious and shocking (it's not).

Annie has been going through a sulking routine that Kripke loves writing for most of the characters until the season finale happens. There is no normal so Annie being weird would be taken as her just being mental and all the sex (if they don’t usually peg one another that often) could be her coping with the situation.

Which again, relied on something she did not consider. If Ryan actually believed Grace Mallory and Butcher about how Homelander was a remorseless killer, Butcher would've never fallen to the Dark Side and become a tentacle hentai monster. Which in turn, would've allowed the Boys to recruit Victoria Neuman, and have her join forces with Bob Singer and corner Homelander, who would lose all his political allies.

It really goes to show that Kripke is not smarter than the writers for the comic book superheroes that his show supposedly satirizes.
 
I never watched Gen V, but I'm surprised this scene of two guards being mind controlled to get sodomized by a flashlight didn't get any notable controversy like Hughie's scenes.
