Jews don't want you to sympathize with that because their whole religion is based on creating this type of suffering. This show continues to only remain watchable when based Chudlander is on the screen. He's the only character with an interesting backstory and motives, even if they are batshit insane. I'm literally skipping past entire scenes that don't involve him. They've accidentally managed to write a relatable villain who is unquestionably evil but also sympathetic, but I guess we're actually supposed to just hate the guy without thinking about it.

Like I said, this series would be a million times more watchable if it was just about Homelander. "The Tragedy of Homelander" is a million times more appealing than all the other plot threads.

This is not a thinking man's series. If it were, you'd be allowed to choose whether or not Homelander or Starlight is the good guy. You're not. You're just supposed to boo Homelander and cheer for Starlight.

We are at the point where the goyslop central MCU actually made a more nuanced, thinking man movie (Civil War) just because it made people think who to chose for & against, compared to the series that was somewhat shitting on capeshit once.

The fact that The Tick died for this will never stop my seethe.

This week's episode came off as a pathetic awards bait reel for Antony Starr to try and get nominated for an Emmy. It's the only reason they fucking can't just go full villain with Homelander even though Rogen, Kripke, and Starr himself are all woketards and Starr himself attacking his fans and anyone who thinks Homelander is a good guy. As The Boys has elevated Starr from D-List guy on a show no one watched (Banshee) to B-List on the cusp of becoming an A-List actor who has a lot of buzz and who Hollywood kikes like Rogen know they can make money off of once the show ends.

So they have to throw bones to let Starr show off his acting chops and that means doing episodes that paint Homelander in a sympathetic light, which I know Rogen and Kripke despise having to do. And while Starr himself is in lockstep with Rogen and Kripke, I'm sure he knows damn well that he has a small fucking window to use "The Boys" to get better TV roles or transition full time to movies and the more and more the show becomes agitprop to shit on half the country and 99% of his fanbase, the smaller the fucking window will be for him to move onto bigger things and that if they go full "fuck Trump" with the ending, ala how South Park ended one of their seasons with their Trump stand-in Mr Garrison being tied up and dragged through the streets in humiliating defeat, that said ending will ensure that Starr's window gets bricked up and his career effectively irreversibly dead and buried due to fans being pissed the fuck off and him being declared "bad product" because of him being deemed the scapegoat for kikes like Rogen and Kripke, who will never face consquences for their failures and fuck ups, while Starr (who isn't part of the tribe) will be thrown away and blackballed as the token sacrifice for why The Boys flopped and became a dead end franchise that eventually becomes lost media since Amazon declares it not worth the money to print DVDs of.

The worst thing is that if he wanted an evil cunt, Kripke could have said "fuck you lunatic lefties" and just make black A-Train the evil unredeemable piece of shit that he is in the comics. Have him rape Starlight on top of killing Hughie's GF and paint him as the black Iago on Homelander's shoulder, have him be so utterly anti-white and anti-woman that even Stormfront is impressed with what a racist bigot A-Train is (and have A-Train betray Stormfront purely out of jealousy that she was a threat to his control over Homelander), and rework the vigilante arc by having A-Train frame a rival Hispanic hero for murdering an innocent black man and have him be disowned by his family when they find out what he did).

Homelander's entire thing in the comic is that he's an unknowable entity who everyone else talks about but who we never really get inside of his head so we project what others say about him onto him. Which makes the Black Noir reveal work in so far as it shows how he's been gaslit and manipulated to turn him into a monster.

That's because Civil War was a story where you're allowed to pick one side or another. Nowadays, you can't do that. If you sympathize with Homelander, or any person or group in fiction that seems right-wing that fights against the designated good guys, you're a fascist.

Exactly. The Boys Comic was full of irredeemable cunts that were easy to boo at. Even when Maeve saved Starlight in the comics, she still sent a man to his death in the process, making her ''sacrifice'' less noble than it should've been.


But, their attempts to infuse the story with modern-day politics ends up with A-Train being redeemable because he's black. At this point, A-Train already made peace with Hughie, stuck his neck out for guy, and he's felt guilty for sticking with the pro-white Vought company that sponsored heroes like Firecracker and Blue Hawk who look down on blacks.

Didn't Homelander join in on raping Starlight with A-Train and Black Noir in the comic? That wasn't something Noir tricked him into thinking he did; he actually did it with Noir and A-Train present and joining in. If Homelander was that much of a cunt in the show, people would have a harder time sympathizing with him. I mean, sure, you have the pre-show rape of Butcher's wife, but if Homelander did it in the show to a main character, he'd be harder to sympathize with, like Ramsay Bolton.

I feel like I got sick of the show halfway through season 3. The random ass naked shit is funny at first but once you get to the point of whatever the fuck that clone supe was doing in season 4 it kinda gets retarded and nasty. I'm not a prude or anything but idk what a scene of this dude cloning himself and eating his own ass was supposed to do for the story.

I like Sister Sage though, shes cool.

They also stopped airbrushing her face. Watch season three and they blur the plastic surgery out of her face and body in some scenes. They also had her wear really baggy clothing in season three to hide the implants. Now they are just zooming in on her botched face and letting her wear tight shirts. Vought must have titanium jawbone and cheek implants for superheroes.
 
I was more or less interested in this show, because of all the hype surrounding that Homelander dude, but eh. Can't bring myself to watch it.

I'm not sure I would classify what happened to her as rape. He gave her a choice: Suck off or fuck off. She chose the former, she didn't have to. It's still a damn scummy thing to do for sure, but I'm not sure I would call it rape. Definitely coercion, but she always had a choice to tell him to fuck off and leave.

As an aside, I actually root for Homelander in this show. His enemies are fucking idiots and often no better than he is, and frankly I often root for the bad guy when they're cool enough (for example the Empire in Star Wars, they were awesome.) Not to mention they've literally turned this into a left vs right issue wherein the left are the people against Homelander and the right are the people for him. And since I hate the left with a white hot burning passion I legit hope he wins and does horrible fucking shit to them because the showrunners try to do a "This is what will happen if those evil Nazi Republicans win!" sort of ending.

they really don't get how they portraying the "heroes" as cucks, normies as retards, other supers as absolute deviants, and making their only good character a villain with a fucked up backstory makes people root for him instead of anyone else
