At least the style of the chubby one has an explanation, I’m positive it’s a Kemono style fursuit, which is a super big/popular in Japan. Almost all their fursuits have really huge legs/thighs and weird proportions, same with Japanese furry art. Some are super weird and off-putting, but well done ones are pretty cute. The one in this image is like on a borderline of being bad/good
