In the meantime is there a way that the Giggle app or similar could operate within the law, but with an ability to filter out the trannies? AI identifies the men easily, but could they be categorised as trans women within the app without triggering a discrimination claim? It wasn't just adding sexual orientation, gender identity, and intersex to the Sexual Discrimination Act. The big thing they did was remove the definition of sex, which was grounded in biological sex. Done with the intention that terms like "man" and "woman" are not able to exclude trans people.
This outcome is explicitly how the changes to the legislation were intended to work.
