No on top of them being ghosts in mechanical armor they still had organic parts to their body. it's how THE makuta was able to make his "sons" by ripping slugs out of himself and sticking them into robotic shells.

Like it isn’t even something unique to the Makuta, apparently manifesting slugs from their essence is just a generic ability that all Makuta have now. Canonically every Makuta also has access to all 42 Rahkshi abilities which is retardedly overpowered and entirely unutilized. Nah, same. The Jax shit is really upsetting. Goose is literally just telling young mentally ill men to kill themselves. Cooper can go do it himself. I'd be lying if I said I'm okay with how the show ended. I cared about this project and I'm beyond disappointed. Jax was the only really interesting character, but of course, we can't have good things.

If Jax really is supposed to be an allegory for suicide because you deny your truest self or something, Gooseworx did a REALLY bad job at trying to make him a cautionary tale for the grooming victims target audience who might be watching. If anything, it proves a lot of stereotypes about trans people correct. Predatory, mean-spirited, cowardly, and self-loathing sexpests who would sooner kill themselves than get better.
If (when) it's officially confirmed that's where the plot is going, the potential fallout regarding internalized transphobia is going to be interesting. I expect that many will point out all those things showcased by the self-insert wouldn't stop just because he starts wearing dresses.

Personally, I'm going with Jax being okay. Cooper can ruin his show with whatever 'canon' he wants, while I and others fix his mess. Too many parallels between the bunny and myself for me to accept him not pulling through, tbh.
There is a theory that since TADC is based on I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, each of the characters is the show based on one of the characters in the story. Along those lines, Jax is based on Ted, the narrator of the short story. Ted and Jax are both narcissistic, cynical assholes who actively make their companions lives worse. They both pretend to be unaffected by their situations, but both are liars. Both of them might have good traits, but are buried under the suffering they have endured and the situations they are in. Both of them turn into some horrific looking monster at the end, forced to live that way forever.
The difference is that Ted redeems himself by sacrificing himself for the other victims of AM. Deep down, Ted was a good person who altruistically sacrificed himself for the others. Even though Ted says and does vile things in the book, he still redeems himself through his actions in the end. Jax, on the other hand, especially because of the ending, is now just a dickhead that takes his sexual frustrations out on others. He is a perpetual buzzkill and burden, and then he just turns retarded off screen and we are supposed to love him for it and feel sad when he does.
Following the show, it really seemed like the story was trying to redeem Jax, but that closeted crossdresser deserves none of the pandering or coddling at the end. We could have learned more about ANY of the other characters, but we get stuck with the edgy self-insert.
Either that or Coop hates that people like the character he was trying to make unlikable so he just throws him under the bus at the end.
I dont know what this show is or why it has been featured but after a solid 30 seconds of watching it I have come to the immediate conclusion this is a show for faggots.
What bothers me is this. There were going to be children there with their parents. And THIS is what shows up in the final episode as the big twist/takeaway? Trannies? I don't know who took Tucker's place as the shock face media cuck, but this is just gross and misleading. Like that sneaky episode of last of us that was just a softcore gay porn. This isn't even like sausage party where you can blame the parents. This is rated PG on Netflix and it would be so easy for a family member to get trapped with their child and tranny media.
