Its been a couple days and I realized that while I enjoyed the show, I cant really remember anything other than a couple gags from episodes 1, 3, & 4. This series is supposed to be 10 episodes right? Thats an abysmal pace when 3 episodes dont really add anything. Its also pretty obvious that the writing is being hard carried by the voice acting and animation.

Seriously, it feels like alot of important character moments are happening offscreen. Gangle spends an entire episode powertripping, with pomni being the only one to talk to "her" nicely, and suddenly in the next episode "shes" bffs with Zuble? Ragatha spends ep 1 and 4 incapacitated and ep2 and 3 separated from pomni. But suddenly shes freaking out about their deep friendship being ruined? Sure wish we got to see these friendships form. This is a major reason why Jax and Pomni are hands down the most popular characters/ship/merchandise, since its the only relationship being shown forming naturally. Well, besides kinger.

Speaking of
I think Ragatha will be the next to abstract, and I think it’ll be the penultimate episode. You all have to give me $1 billion if I get it right!
I'm betting $3 trillion on it being kinger. He has answers to the plot, everyone loves him, and they can totally milk it for drama. Hes a silver bullet to all the drama in the show, so he kinda has to die.

My money is on him abstracting while trying to give Jax a therapy talk, and everyone blaming Jax for it except Pomni.

Why do you need Youtubers to tell you what to think about a show this straightforward?
Yeah I don't have the time to watch it myself but just skimming over the comments I have to agree with some I saw. I thought it was painfully obvious that Jax is the guy who is intentionally trying not to care, burying his feelings under this nihilistic act of his in a desperate attempt to keep himself sane. In fact I'm pretty sure I called this months ago even. The only thing that threw me off of this assumption was Trannyworx implying Jax was just flat out evil or something but who knows, maybe to zoomers he is evil. But to me I just see a man who fears connection because he's lost friends before so he intentionally acts abrasive and pushes people away from him so it doesn't hit as hard if they abstract.

>analysis longer than the source material
the only time this is okay is in theology
Yeah I cba to watch it, she keeps jumping around on tangents like she’s got ADHD and I feel like the ‘mysteries’ of the show aren’t too hard to figure out lol…

Your predictions is very solid and it's likely. My pick isn't based on probability( which is very low) but on cool factor. I think Caine would make for a bold choice. It would instantly remove the safety blanket and turn it all back into horror.

We don't know if AIs are immune to it after all. And they have hinted he has been pushed to the edge lately.

I doubt Goosework would dare to do it. But that's something that would shatter the status Quo for a solid finale.

I think there is at the least something very up with Caine based on the last few episodes. He's gotten increasingly more prone to sudden bouts of aggression and apathy. So whether he abstracts in the strictest of terms or not, it is notable how his personality is changing from the first episode.

Has anyone watched this video? What did you think of it? I only got 10 minutes in. Seems like a lot of people in the comments are disagreeing with her and the like/view ration isn’t very good (110k views and only 7.5k likes)

>over 3 hour video essay about cartoon rabbit

oh god... i'll try my best

>"How is caine upset about zooble if he's an AI? AIs don't get upset, they steal art and stuff so here is, i'm going to go on 4 different tangents here, this is about Cain and Abel from the bible. I didnt read the bible but from what i heard Cain and Abel were brothers and Cain killed Abel out of jealousy. That's all i know. Why is Caine emotional, is it jealously? I dont know, there is a lot we don't know yet."

There is no way this woman is not autistic, she makes Mr Enter look sane.

The more i watch this the more i realize that this isn't a video essay about jax, it's a completely unedited reaction video of episode 6 where she pauses every scene to ramble to the point it literally goes for over 3 hours. I'm trying to leave it as background but it becomes incoherent noise as she talks about random theories and shit.

Some people have an unhealthy obsession with Jax.

He is pretty much just the usual ”bad boy with a soft side.” Latest episode pretty much confirmed the guy is an asshole to cope.

Kids probably love him because he is the most likely to be wacky and do something over the top or silly. I personally think he is just ok. But I don’t think he is 3 hours worth of complexity.

I am just waiting for his super tragic backstory with ribbit, and the therapy session he will have to cope with it.

Ah, Kauf, or some say Kaufmo... Do you hear our prayers? As you once did for vacuous Jax, grant us jokes, grant us jokes!

It's called fulfilling an archetype, and his is the tumblr favorite Sexyman. There's even a wiki that documents the phenomenon with 2,000+ separate articles and counting.

They have this shit figured out down to the very science. There is really nothing to analyze or theorize about Jax. He's just bait.

Fun fact that’s sort of related to this; TADC now has its own IMFDB page as a result of the last episode.

It’s funny too because I decided out of curiosity to check if Helluva Boss (a show about fucking wetwork demons that features guns in every episode) had an article and nope. Nothing.

I'm autistic enough to watch a 7 hour analysis of Pokemon Omega Ruby. But ain't no way I'm touching that with a stick.

Actually, the cast announced on twitter the final episode script made them cry. The WHOLE cast. It might still happen, but I'll prolly have to eat crow on this one.

If we're going by cool factor, I think I'd want both Jax and Pomni to bite the dust. I love their characters, but it would be such a mindfuck powermove to kill them off. This is based on I have no mouth tho, right? Caine should die at some point some point then, and someone will have to stay behind to take his place. At least, that's how the book ended iirc.

And has anyone figured out what the intermission scene is foreshadowing? The part where jax and pomni are hit with bowling balls, gangle and ragatha with cake, and kinger grabs his bowling ball which expands into white light before he's knocked off the board by a black chess piece.

My prediction: They're all going to die and it'll be ambiguous if they get to exit the VR world or if they were AI replicas. Then there will be a bait-and-switch ending that sets up for a possible sequel series with NPCs the audience has seen before. It's so popular, there's no way they're not going to do at least one more "season."
