This is singularity level cuckoldry or singularity level being a whore. Imagine picking up ass napkins, then licking Ethan Ralph's asshole, then becoming the prison girlfriend of Zaiger. Imagine being involved with ANY of these people in this way.

No, that weird creepy cunt is his prison girlfriend. I think he probably has a prison boyfriend, too, but he's black. I've really lost track of the dramatis personae here though. The sheer level of fuckups here has exceeded the number of people I can keep up with.
