Also, just a legally stupid thing to say. Most lawsuits don't happen because the plaintiff would never see a dime. Not only does bragging about your legal WARCHEST put a big giant "sue me" sign on your back, but it can be used later to show why you should pay more money, and faster.

You can't get blood from a stone, but if you're pre-emptively trying to convince judges that you're capable of paying on-time, you still have to pay after they find you delinquent/non-compliant/in-contempt.
