I recently witnessed on Twitter, after someone pointed it out, that people who probably have never watched any Showa-era toku shows were sperging out over Starfish Hitler from Kamen Rider X, stating that "Oh, this one throwaway monster of the week means Kamen Rider is antifa!" or something.

They only know Showa-era shows from wiki entries and out of context clips. You confront them with tidbits like how in X, the Government of Darkness cloned monsters from historical figures like Geronimo, Al Capone, Napoleon, Ishikawa Goemon, etc. and you might as well be talking to a brick. Can't stand these fake Showa tards who only know of X because of Starfish Hitler and '71 because "Shocker are heckin' Nazis therefore Kamen Rider says trans rights!"

Faggots like these are incapable of realizing that not only does everyone dislike nazis even those on the right(their stock bad guy for a reason) but also don't seem to understand that nazis weren't exclusively right wing like many of them think they are, i'm no history expert but i'm pretty sure nazism was a mix of both right and left viewpoints

Even beyond that, the amount of grown ass men getting their morals from children's shit is concerning

LOL, bunch of twats.

It's been established that Nazis are evil to begin with. Shows like these in general don't talk about politics despite what these man-children say. Any evil organization made up of cyborgs and mutants that says they're superior to humanity in general and plans to rule over them are, get this, "Nazis" too.

Spare me the excuses, these social rejects just want to flaunt their socio-political bullshit.

I'm going through Fiveman, and wow, is this the Ultraman Cosmos of Sentai? They've had tons of great episodes like teaching the kaijin math, making Arthur G6 a boy's friend, and getting a bunch of school kids to play music to defeat the monsters. Of course Five Robo is really cool; I just wish they used the individual vehicles more.

I liked their mecha. I remember seeing a deluxe Five Robo as a kid and wanted one. And a base that transforms into a robot that shoots a lot of stuff to kill a giant monster is a bonus.

Speaking of leaks, whatever happened to the magazine leaks we used to get for Sentai and Kamen Rider? It seems like I find out about new forms and toys from the official fucking Bandai channel before any of the news sites that used to have tons of early info.

Probably due to sentai airing in March rather than February after the heisi era ended.

Sorry, you'll have to explain why that's relevant cause I don't see the significance.
Nvm, riewa got crowned a month or two after ryusoulger. I kinda assumed they moved the dates of the season premiere from February to March due to the era change. The sentai Strongest battle replaced the February season premiere.

Boonboomger's tie-in manga is pretty cool:

There's very little mecha stuff, which disappointed me at first until I got a taste of the car chases, which are AWESOME!!!!

FiveBlack posted on twitter something along the lines of new Sentai is too childish and people are losing their minds over it. Absolutely based to an unbelievable degree.
His sentai almost got the show canceled. But he was able to get five yellow so respect to that. I do agree the show got "childish" but that's mostly the show. It got more gimmick/toyline heavy.

Just in time for Magiranger's 20th anniversary. I've always liked Magi King's design. And If I'm not mistaken, its win-lose ratio is better compared to Magi Legend.
I remember having the mystic titan megazord which was one of the last bandai Japan mold of megazords outside of jungle fury.

I think magilegend could be a decent kit. But it was battery powered in the dx.

Plus the DX Magi King toy felt like a great standalone toy that didn't need any auxiliary mecha since it obviously didn't have that luxury in the first place. That toy was great that it had a "Complete Edition" of it at one point. I think the toy designers have more or less forgotten about that aspect after designing Magi King.
