God's lonely programmer went to the store and saw women and children on the way, something that he isn't used to after being "a hermit" for 14 years.

I was mistaken, there is a Asteroid Way in Nevada that looks exactly like the one in the video:

That house is literally across the road from his parents, I wonder if one of the neighbours let's him use the garden (or no one's home).

He seems in a manic state in this one and I can see why his father has kicked him out of the house if he acts like this all the time (even though he seems to be camped out in front of his parent's house).
 
With the “Hey, nigger” incident in mind, I honestly hope Terry doesn’t go too far from home. Maybe it was his parents accomodation? Just so they can keep an eye on him but show him at the same time they can put him out if they need to.

Terry is P cool and it would be lame if he got robbed or jumped

What kept him in that area was that he had to wait 7 days for his registration to go through (or something else related to his new van), but that was a week ago.

I'm fairly certain his parents house looks slightly different but he seems to stay across the road.

That's an issue.
People in that area (which seems pretty suburban and nice) seem to know Terry (or know of him, since he has lived there since the accident in the late 90's) and give him a free pass when he acts weird.
Terry just screams easy target and will get robbed in no time once he moves his van to a rougher area.

Terry could become a target or he could be left alone since those interested in committing robbery may not want to tangle with the crazy. For all the robbers know Terry could be armed with a knife or gun and due to being crazy not be afraid to use them. A number of homeless/insane tend to be armed and a lot more dangerous then they appear.

That's his parents' backyard. You can see the same porch enclosure from prior videos in the background as well as the wind chime he broke while drumming and subsequently fixed on camera. Apparently his folks are okay with him hanging around the house (or at least the yard) every now and then.
 
Terry just got a call from his sister, she was trying to pay for a hotel room for him but they need the same credit card to check in.
Terry has also applied for a credit card but hasn't received it yet.
His phone is set to super loud so you could hear every word on the stream:
