According to the Wikipedia Page I just read, while also using other sources to cross reference. Crack Babies are a weird case study. A lot of the information surrounding it is conflicting considering (to no one's surprise) the niggers who used crack during the 1980s-1990s "epidemic" were on other hard core drugs at the time.
To no one's surprise, this led to a plethora of developmental and cognitive disabilities in children. To this day people debate whether or not it was actually a contribution of Crack due to the other factors stated. It DOES however, lead to physical defects and even sometimes premature "abortion" en utero.

A crack baby is when the mom is pregnant and uses crack during the term so it fucks up the development is the fetus before it's born. I think
