I have not been able to access the .st domain for the past hour or so. The site just instantly pulls up 'page could not be loaded' on windows desktop, but trying on brave browser on my phone gives 'DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE'

I am not using a VPN, and adblock doesn't seem to affect this. TOR domain still works. F12ing gives ERR:NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

Both brave mobile and brave desktop work both through isp and mullvad.

Firefox is having trouble though and I'm looking into it now. Firefox just shows the default page unavailable error.

I'm sure it's something in my setup that I'm doing wrong.

F12 shows no errors but that's no surprise because it's working fine now but Firefox still doesn't work.

For Brave, which is working fine, Google DNS works.

Doesn't look like it's Mullvad or Google DNS's fault. Any other information you need?

I can't get firefox to load kiwifarms.st no matter what I do, vpn or no, multiple dns.

I'm on stock Android, and when I try to connect via clearnet (kiwifarms.st), I get that error page informing me of what the issue could be (VPN, extensions, temporary outage).

Things I've tried to no avail:

• Firefox + Brave
• Regular + private tabs
• Clearing cache + force stopping
• VPN on + VPN off
• Two separate internet connections
• Disabling all browser extensions

If you need any more information, let me know.

Edit: .st refuses to resolve now but I suspect it'll just take a while for the changes to propagate. Will report back.

Edit #2: .st is reachable via clearnet, even with a VPN enabled.

Since when are user browser codecs decisions decided by the host of a forum? If they do not have the codecs in question its a user problem not a service problem.
Why don't you ask Claude to create an option to disable this dogshit feature so we you've implemented keeping both parties happy?

Also still no pause button on some videos on you're dogshit video player.

I think the userscript I posted earlier still works (use violentmonkey or similar, VM caches and bundles hls.js so the overhead is minimal), it uses the fancy hls, subtitles, etc. but with the native browser UI for playback instead:

Doesn't bring up anything for me. Right-clicking anywhere else is fine, but over a video nothing comes up without hitting shift.

Sounds like the actual bug.

As a workaround here's the userscript I use to replace the fancy player with a simpler one:

OK my DNS appears to be <dns101.comcast.net>,

but I am stupid so this may be incorrect
no VPN

clearnet is working fine at the moment so this is a moot point now

but if you have a second please confirm if I provided the correct DNS info for future reports

I am getting similar today on mobile. I made the mistake of logging out on the GrapheneOS stock Vanadium browser and have had the login fail 6+ times after going through the entire captcha process each time. Tor doesn't even make it to past the first stage of verification before failing. Logging in from Brave works fine, though.
