this is probably on the very bottom of your "shit i don't care about list" but selecting "Find all threads by (user)" on a user's profile shows all the posts they've made instead of just the threads they've started.

On Brave, every stylesheet in the world is completely fucked and I can't use any text entry boxes or even stay logged in. STuff only works properly in Tor Browser, which I don't want to use on desktop.

Oddly, the site works fine on my phone.

The answer for all these is likely the same. The css or js loads glitched and got a partial file. Control-F5 or another way to clear your browsers cache.

We're 11 hours into Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (in EST) and you still haven't replaced the logo with a rainbow one. I know you've been busy dealing with that DDOS from earlier, but that's really no excuse.

Whatever this technobabble means, you seem to be right because I had the same problem and it worked for me. PC Brave was refusing to let me post, in other words, I could not sneed.

Edit: I have to ctrl F5 every time I click on a new page, so still not ideal...

I have no idea if this will assist performance during DDOS, but I notice one of the first things with the site that breaks during one is the stickers and notifications. Both will hang when clicking. Since both are tied to user account actions, and sessions require quick reauthentication, would it make sense to temporarily disable those features during an attack?

Dont know if this the right place.
But when I try to connect to KF it does the verifying your browser and then says.
Failed to submit solution. Refresh and It then puts me on the main page and as soon as I click a link.
It does the normal thing and says success. Not a big deal. Guessing it has to do with the DDOSing.

Brave, Mullvad (DAITA off), Mint, 25M(bits)ps.

I don't know why it takes multiple attempts throughout the day before finally getting a new .webp avatar to upload, but it does eventually get through. Maybe it's a traffic congestion issue, since I'm pretty sure 'late into the evening' was the previous time it worked also.

Been having issues with sneedchat for a few days: it was working fine on clearnet again after the DDoS, and all of a sudden I wasn't able to connect anymore (would just get the reconnecting message on loop). After like two days I started wondering if the issue is somehow on my end and started troubleshooting, and after opening a TOR Brave tab and connecting to chat with it once on my PC (without even being logged in), chat now works again on my PC even on clearnet. On mobile on the other hand, chat works fine only on TOR browser, but won't connect anymore on Brave, and I've tried everything like relogging, clearing browser data, changing networks, restarting the device, etc. At this point it's more of an inconvenience, but I don't know if this issue is affecting other people too so I wanted to report it

Sorry if it's been brought up before, but I wanted to point out that the new audio player doesn't work well with Biden blue.

I'm trying to find a timestamp and the numbers are illegible.

Android, issue persists across multiple browsers (brave, chrome, waterfox) and happens with or without VPN. Still occurs after clearing cookies.

The website won't serve me a tartarus check but it will let me enter and use it. However, this does not work for sneedchat. Sneedchat will try connecting endlessly and needs the tartarus clear to connect.

I assume this is happening due to a change in the DDoS protection after the recent attack, but it sure is very annoying because I can't force it to redo tartarus in order to use sneedchat so I'm at the mercy or whenever it decides to work again.

Edit:
@Blindeye it seems we have the same issue. I just saw your post above. I'm positive it's to do with the DDoS protection

A few minutes ago I got a Tartarus check (thanks Null if you did something manually), and that fixed the issue finally, so I think you're right

Verifying your browser before accessing

It's been stuck loading (Windows 10, Brave Shields down) whether or not I use a VPN, I've only been able to access Kiwifarms through TOR.

Trying to upload large files (over 100MB) is a rather miserable experience currently.

First of all, uploading can fail for seemingly no reason. Sometimes uploading the file fails at 12%; sometimes it fails at 58%. Sometimes I can successfully upload a large file on the second try; sometimes I need more than a dozen tries.

Second, the website doesn't tell you whether a file is too large until it finishes uploading.

These make archiving things such as longer videos (even after converting them into the most efficient compression formats, such as H.265) an extremely time-consuming process, as one has to constantly retry uploading the same file every time it fails to get uploaded.

Something seems to be something wrong with Tartarus on Android devices when connected to a home network getting a resource blocked error. Telling me to contact site admin its doing it off and on.
