The site is extremely slow on tor-brave. Things like invidious work fine so it's just KF. It takes 1-2 minutes to fully load a single page and the delay disappears periodically.

At this time, on the TOR browser, I'm able to get pretty quick attachment loads and near instant page loads.
Do certain circuits work better than others?

For Brave. (might be a their end/chromium issue)
When flags Experimental Web Platform features ( chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features ) +
Adaptive global tone mapping ( chrome://flags/#hdr-agtm ) is enabled
The new media player hitches the entire webpage as it struggles to load, and also causes the player to lag out and buffer repeatedly.
Problem was fixed after disabling flag.
edit. hmm tried a clean portable version of brave and worked fine... even with the flag enabled
Edit 2 boogaloo. Enabling both Experimental Web Platform features and Adaptive Global Tone Mapping causes issues reported (both needed otherwise worked fine with either, one at a time)

I'm experiencing issues with embedded videos in this post. I'm getting an error popup overlay on the video and it stops buffering. Reloading the page doesn't help. I'm pretty sure I played this video in its entirety a few days ago and it was fine. Windows 10, Firefox 145, VPN.

I know it isn't this website, but it is irritating that I could create an account and the e-mail never gets sent and now my email and username are "taken". I can't seem to get around this either.
It would be nice to get access to a profile screen to resend confirmation e-mail. You could hard limit the account until it's verified.

It took the site about 2 minutes to upload the clip attached in this post. It's just 8MB, so that was definitely not my fault.

I think it's been mentioned. But a post just disappearing when you click "Post Reply" and it's time for Tartarus is very annoying. I'm guessing the new API compatibility stuff with the Fediverse broke it, at least it used to give something resembling an error as I recall and you could open a new tab to do the challenge and then post.
