My gripe is that some text colors are unreadable in certain style variations, and they don't change to readable colors like default text. Manually changing the white default text in dark mode to white doesnt make sense, but that doesnt stop niggers from doing it.

That's the intended behaviour, if you explicitly change yourself the text color to white with the BB code. Why should the software assume that you want it otherwise? Just leave the color as default then (don't touch it, leave as is).

So is the problem with this "text thing" that idiots are deciding to manually change it to white, or is it an actual bug, and changed automatically by the forum for some reason?

I’ve been having trouble with the post reply button and have to refresh the page and click again before it will post.

While I’m here, this is really minor but I want it to be in the middle and it makes my eye twitch:

Okay now that I'm actually in the correct thread:

Made this account just to report this, whenever I load the page while signed in I get a generic error ("An error has occurred. Please try again later.")

I haven't had the same issue with this new account, my actual account isn't banned and I haven't received an email so I'm not sure what it is or if there's a known issue. It happens both over Tor and clearnet.

Update: Waiting a few hours resolved the issue.

I appear to have lost the widgets in my reply bar. I changed style via Style Chooser a couple of times recently.

press green [ ] button to enter bbcode mode. it may be under a dropdown.

Click the 3 dots near the right of the top bar in the editor, turn off bbcode by clicking the [ ] icon. [ ] may already be visible depending on screen width.

The [ ] icon in the menu will toggle you back out of bbcode mode and give you the rich text editor. If that's not what you mean then I'm not sure I understood your question.

(Although maybe that is a greivance, why are some embeds and some not. Oh, st embeds and net doesn't.)
 
It looks like posting images is broken. Server returns error 500.

EDIT: it seems like the server response changes based on images size. For small images it responds with status OK(200) and the following message:

Ive been having an issue with uploading images to the site ever since the update a couple of few months ago, where i can upload images 1 at a time still so i can get by using Ctrl+P to insert them, but if i attach them as files they come out in a multi colored checkered pattern. Its rather tedious to upload them one at a time since i try and archive alot of stuff to the fishtank thread. Only affects images but seems to not affect Gif's.

you need to enable canvasing in your browser for the site, not a forum issue.

Ah thank you! That fixed it, i probably should have mentioned in my post that i use TOR. I assumed it was something with the site update a while ago since it started that same day, and Blackstar had some kind of file uploading issue he had to ask null to fix.

How can I share a download link to copyrighted material with other forum users without straight up posting it? I don't want to give Josh more DMCA related headaches.
