I played Quake fortress. I played Team fortress classic. I played TF2 for 5 years. And got sick of the troons and clown show the game became. Tell me again how I'm into short-lived dopamine rushes.

Toriel's home owner here. Ceased it due to not wanting to be a tranny mod and someones puppet server for their police state. Before it went down I called in a few buddies and we did some shitty trolling to some freaks on the server just to have the server send off on a funny note. Unfortunate that they had to do the shitty verification in the 1st place

If other players ruined a game for you then you were never in it for the love of the game. You sound like a lying nigger and I don't believe you played all the old games.

It's a multiplayer game. It's not difficult for players to ruin it.

I don't want to play a furry dress up game full of trannies spraying TRANS RIGHTS over spawn or lolicon hentai. It might shock you but that's not fucking normal and it's not something people who enjoy FPS Games want to deal with. And that's without taking into account Valve filled the game with gay cosmetics and locked unique weapons behind loot crates. Who the fuck wants to play a game where your opponent is autistic and paid to open loads of loot crates so they have better load outs than you do? Literally pay to win mobile bullshit.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm seeing some shades of the Nux Taku and Leaflit server dramas from this.

I've played on Castaway before. I've enjoyed my time there. I have friends who play there. I've liked Gabber's videos, and I have no partiality for Gabbercat or 2Fort Twerkers or Dixie or whoever the fuck else other glup shittos are trying to orbit with their autism. However, what I do care about is this. These arguments that Random is posing in favor of his stances are... not particularly good.

In three clips, I'll let Harmful Opinions convey my thoughts on the "parents should just be doing their jobs better and the kids are probably already exposed to it anyways" talkingpoints that attempts to remove any culpability from the administrators if anything bad happens from outright knowingly letting kids and adults (some of whom are known weirdos) mingle in spaces not meant for them, as well as the "ID Verification" nonsequiter. Because, as previously mentioned, the Leaflit and Nux drama align here.


Come the fuck on. It should just be easy. If you see a kid, or if they out themselves or whatever, they should just be banned. This is basic self-preservation. Moreover, obviously kids will still enter 18+ spaces. However, if a space is marked as explicitly adult only with strict ban rules, a child who still really wants to be in that space will then likely never reveal their age or use voicechat, which then in turn serves to also be a protective layer; insofar that a child whom nobody knows is there cannot be explicitly targeted by pedos.

The only technically "pay to win" items where basically the only weapons with any sort of meaningful P2W edge were the reskins of Jarate and Mad Milk (they technically get thrown just a tiny bit much further). Honorable mentions are the Nostromo Napalmer (you basically delete Scouts with a very specific loadout equipped and the flamethrower sticks out less) and the Armed Combat/Holy Mackerel where a dead ringer Spy's feign doesn't register in the killfeed.

These were also covered in a Great Blue video so if you played the fucking game for once or interacted with the community in some fashion you probably saw that sort of video in your youtube feed or heard about it. either way stop shitting up the thread with your missing chromosomes and instead spend some time finding them.

It should be easy, but they make it a giant set of mental gymnastics. Just because a kid is exposed to this shit already doesn't make it okay to keep exposing them to it. I suspect a lot of the people arguing that "this is okay" are gooners completely burning their dopamine receptors out on porn to the point where shit like this doesn't register to them about how it's not for all ages.

you can buy every single item in this game for 48 cents. you buy a key and trade it for 58 refined metal.

so for $3 you can get access to the full game and have plenty of trading goods to buy plenty of cosmetics
 
Pre Fortress 2 started receiving backlash for their plans to implement verification system, which led to both announcement posts getting locked, and new thread about the verification system where you find developers defending its implementation. TF2 mod devs seems to be really into destroying their own projects.
