The Bronies who have stuck around long after the show their entire identity was centered around ended are the most peculiar and strange. Guess a few of the TF2 ones still exist.
And they have a mindset stuck in the early-2010s

This is the image zesty used as a base for the experiment if anyone's interested

and i keep being right about traders being an absolute blight, these cunts are truly a match made in heaven with valve.
Took a look at the comments and even traders are mad at how much trade bots have inflated prices as zesty mentioned in the video lol

Admit it, tf2 is no longer the video game you cherished, it's been reduced to a proto-crypto market, where profit is negligible on an individual level without botnets and without living in a third world country with poor parity with the dollar, and where the usefulness in game is almost irrelevant. Tf2 pioneered micro-transactions, and as result is now paying for its sins, even though it's being consumed by the exact thing that made it acceptable in relation to other lootbox games, the fact you can actually sell the garbage you receive in cases.
A popular sentiment I found after Zesty's video is that mannconomy might've been a mistake, but it sure as shit wasn't for valve, and the game might've been plugged out much sooner if it wasn't for it, that's when Valve realized this model makes much more money than a one-time purchase, the only one who doesn't is people like you and me. Remember, the house always wins.

Zesty has uploaded a follow-up to his Nobody Home video, using a small sample of 1,400 or so giftapaults.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=nnuxHZm73PU:411tl;dr: From his sample, 71%, or 996 were bots, or most likely to be so. He has a whole github about the steam user names he collected.
Looked into the comments and there's so many redditors circlejerking about VAC or injecting their savetf2 virtue signalling. What does VAC have to do with anything when the video is about idling bots, not cheaters? Neither is this connected to the savetf2 faggotry as that's about said cheaters making the game unplayable, not third-worlders idling so covertly no one noticed them for almost a decade. I guess it is time to ban the bots from the groomers at scrap.tf? A bot is a bot after all.

I hate reddit so much it's unreal.

Remember #DropKiwifarms? Looks like Discord trannies have got a new target. Here's how Lmaobox's site looks right now:

I have looked into it and I am sure it's a false flag as the site has no buttons to pay or input your info.

The homepage.

It seems to be a report spam, but cloudflare forum moderator has confirmed that this warning has to be manually applied by an employee:

Will lmaobox get an "imminent threat to human life" disclaimer like KF did? We will see in near future as the #FixTF2 whining intensifies.

I don't see old source game communities complaining about not having official dedicated servers for their old ass games. They're playing on community servers just fine. Except for TF2.
They should be greatful that their community servers still got jannies to ban cheaters.
It's also not infested by Chinese as well unlike CS:S and L4D2.
The only Valve games to not have official Valve servers are CS:S & below, L4D1 still has Valve servers.

I will laugh my ass off if they get a hold of the printers again and print solid black pages with the exception of a spot in the middle that says #FixTF2

The ultimate test will be if this attitude sticks when the summer update and crates drop. Will the community hold or will they be distracted by the new toys and open their wallets?

This should be a good case study of Null's advice on actually bringing change: If it doesn't hurt their bottom line, they won't do shit. So far review bombing, signing petitions and attempting to deplatform Lmaobox doesn't do that.

I don't think them making less money from TF2 will affect anything. The revenue TF2 gains is probably a drop in the pond.

Exactly. So that's why Null said to actually hurt them, you have to become autistic and crowdfund a class action lawsuit. Even if it's frivolous they still have to spend a lot of money on lawyers to dismiss it, and that will do far more damage and change their minds far more quickly than anything to do with TF2 directly.

One thing they could do, which would hurt Valve's bottom line, is boycotting the upcoming summer sale and any games and or dlc sold on steam in the future until they fix TF2. Of course, I don't think they'll get to the point of doing that, but it would be more effective than petitions.
