I can't believe deviantart is just allowing this shit. And look at the comments. They're all praising it.

Deviantart has a shitty way with dealing with reported art, some things you can't even report like art theft.
The user can just say that the character in the drawing is of legal age and that alone will keep them from taking it down. This is why the Bart guy was able to keep his art up.
