This seems to be a wall to wall exchange, so it wouldn't necessarily show up. This really depends on everyone's privacy settings.
I'd like to believe this is real, and it does read as if she (Ms. Stong) wrote it. However, I'm ever skeptical until irrefutable proof is presented.
