Oh damn, I just figured that her being in a ball and chain was just a one-off gag/reference. She’d make for an interesting villain.
I mean, as interesting as Ms. Prettybottom is, she seems less like a characther to be used and more a device? Ms. Prettybottom being more a cursed artifact that corrupts someone to hate the Sonic Underground because of how they imprisoned her, that or being host to some character we haven't seen yet from Sonic Underground. It would explain the limited sentience she has and her desire to be free and kill Sonia.

Possible sources of Miss Prettybottom's evil:
  1. Lady Windermere, who might be vengeful that Sonia didn't save her from being roboticized.
  2. Some artifact from Worst Castle. Aleena and Sonia are apparently heirs to a creepy vampire castle.
  3. Any of her temporary one-sided love interests from the show.
  4. One of her ancient Egyptian ancestors. Tamers likes Yu-Gi-Oh! so it's possible.

So, the new Sonic TCG mobile game was leaked and it includes characters from all of the old TV shows, including Manic and Sonia.

Fucking Sega themselves returned to Sonic Underground before Tamers did. :(

It's still in contention whether those leaks are real or hoax unfortunately. Autists who know more about Sonic than me pointed out that there are characters that legally Sega could not realistically use without willfully stepping into hellfire (ex. Nicole the Holo-lynx). Considering Sega's response to Ken Penders' deal was to just straight up scorched earth all things Archie, I don't see why they'd go back on that. There's a high chance it's just some clever guy putting in what people wanna see.

Tamers himself discussed why Sega can’t use characters like Manic and Sonia in his rant about Sonic Frontiers.

For the first time in history, Tamers is incorrect. The studio that produced Sonic Underground, DIC, is currently owned by WildBrain Ltd. However Sega of America always retained chief rights to everything for obvious reasons; they aren't going to share rights to Sonic and Robotnik with some animation studio producing shit like this. We can confirm this is true because Manic and Sonia appeared in something DIC had absolutely no involvement in:

Oh yeah, plus there was the SU LCD game.

Say, this might be a tad random, but I remember some sort of fanfiction about an Anon(?) meeting the Tamers SU cast, but it was back on the old /co/ board last I remember it. Does anyone have a link or remember who wrote it? I remembered it cause I went back and watched the episode about Uncle Chuck failing Sonic's class, I've been trying to find it but I've had no luck, was it taken down, author stopped writing, anything?

It's called The Anon Chronicles
Chapter 1-15 https://rentry.org/wr5kz
Chapter 16-26 https://rentry.org/g2qdc
Found in archive under Fanfiction, far as I know the guy just stopped working on it.

might as well see what Tamers can drop next, it'd certainly be interesting to see if nothing else.

Reviewing this was a miserable affair. Right off the bat it starts with the annoying MLP OC's, within the first 5 minutes, and it continues on and on with these faggots. Apple Bottom and Care Package immediately eat the spotlight and the majority of the jokes here are 'I'm quirky and gay, look at me', and believe me when I say there aren't that many jokes. Any episode that has the 4-gay pony ensemble immediately dips in quality because it forces the episode to re-orient itself around the gay melodrama of these clowns. The attempt to try and 'self-reflect' on how the characters are all actually pieces of shit and horrendously flawed doesn't work because it's accepted within Tamers' world(s) that this depraved sense of morality, the rampant sex, the common beatings, the continual everything that gives Tamers work its edge and flair is meant to be looked at in a semi-serious light and it just does not work. You wanna know how the SU episodes would fix this dilemma? Bartleby or Manic would slap their bitch, fuck them in the ass, and then it would be resolved.

Also, the musical numbers, every single one of them were total ass, especially the one featuring Braeburn, Big Mac, and Soarin in leather. I'm not elaborating further; I hated them all. I miss when songs were put into episodes not because they became gay musical scenes for a couple minutes, but more along the lines of 'Everywhere I Go' when Bartleby is singing along to shooting up a school after being rejected to join a birthday party.

The animation department is perhaps the only thing I can praise about this, it seems working on MLP is allowing him to be more experimental in that regard and I did like the style of Care Package's self-reflection, but beyond that this was sourly lacking in most anything certifiably Tamers.

TLDR it insists upon itself, I personally think it's one of the worst Tamers has produced. It tries to be 'self-reflective' but it literally has no foundations nor way to be self-reflective without trying to gut half the humor in the Tamers catalogue. The barbershop quartet of awful characters eats screentime like dykes eat carpets.

It was funny at some parts, and sometimes I laughed just from the absurdly gay dialogue. I think I would need to rewatch because it was a little hard to follow with the constant time traveling.

Edit: Soarin's Hazbin Hotel expressions came back lol. I wonder if Tamers watched HH?
