I'd just seen people compare the two in threads om /mlp/ so funny to see her wear similar clothing, then I just saw this comment by tamers on the matter
I had surface-level knowledge of MLP before Tamers so I knew who the major characters were. With that said I noticed pretty early on that Spike wasn’t in there. I saw several people ask him about it and he always gave the answer, “Who the fuck is Spike?”

it's simple, there's a bigger audience for MLP stuff compared to Sonic UG
the fact that a MLP convention is willing to play one of Tamers videos the day it premiered tells you more pony fags are more open arms to his stuff compared to sonic fans.
part of this is funny because tamers whole "I don't recognize anything sonic related if it's not Underground" is what current Pony fags do with "I don't recognize anything MLP related if it's not G4"
While SU is the real shit, I've no problem with Tamers branching out into other stuff since he's managed to keep the pony vids hilarious. If this is what he enjoys doing and brings him more success than good for him.
It's worth pointing out that Sonic and Knuckles combining their power in Sonic the Hedgehog take the bus to school is reversed by a light blue surge of energy. Sonic's is darker blue, Knuckles' is red (the color of their skin) with the third being the color of Flora, who doesn't appear in the episode.
This is doubly suspect because in Sonia the Hedgehog gets into a fight at school then gets suspended we see Flora possesses some kind of psyker powers that allow her to commune with someone (in this case herself) who appeared in the past, yet is a distinct entity from her current self.
We also see her magic taking effect in Bartleby Goes To Goodwill With His Boyfriend Sonic the hedgehog, where it's this same color. This is a malignant magic according to Aleena (who despite being drunk at the time is a powerful magician) that seems to affect peoples' emotions. In this sequence specifically, Aleena suspects Flora of influencing Sonia's mind.
Lastly, it's tempting to suspect that Flora used these time powers to see into the future and witness her two sisters (Mindy, Mandy) trying to pay Sonia to kill her. Sonia didn't outright say no, she said she wanted more money. Maybe this sequence (or some other one) was Flora influencing Sonia's mind in some way to prevent the three from colluding to kill her, but that's just a theory.
All of this suggests to me that Tamers knows what he's doing (like always) and there's some shenanigans going on. If Trixie does anything related to time travel it would suggest a connection to Flora's pixie mischief.
Also: in Sonic Underground Flora (or in the first season, "Maeve") disguises herself as an old woman to hide her true form from the evil Doctor Robotnik. Tamers might be interpreting that as Flora having time-related powers.
