They're not even being unreasonable, so I don't see what Tak is upset about. It's nothing political, it's not infringing on rights--all that's being asked is to be a decent friend and not post something that makes someone uncomfortable in a specific shared space. It's a fucking discord, not their personal blog or something.

I'm glad I've cut myself off from that group, because it's like the thread description says--it's just another side of the same coin. Overreacting to the tiniest things and blowing them out of proportion, an inflated sense of self-righteousness... There's no difference anymore. It's all pointless and exhausting, and I'm so much happier distancing myself from it entirely.

Hey man, good for you. Back when the discourse that started this thread was at its height, and just from watching the past interactions of that particular corner of tumblr from the sidelines, you always seemed to be one of the people in it that was able to take a step back and not get dragged deep into the trenches of it.
tbh I feel like a lot of people that regularly get into discourse on tumblr--sjw or anti-sjw, pro-this-cartoon-shipping or anti-that-other-one--forget that most people go onto social media and blogging platforms with the intention of finding and engaging with content and users that they like. Everyone's got the right to bitch about whatever stupid shit they want on their own blogs, but I feel like making it a habit legit starts to wear on people's mental state.

I don't know which thread Taka read, because from what I (re)read from this thread most people here realize how autistic people who reply to every post Trill made with "Kung Pow Penis" are. However everyone realized had Trill not overreact to the first Kung Pow Penis post, this whole drama wouldn't happen. It's called Streisand effect.

Also I wonder what Taka's definition of "Lolcow" is. It's probably:
1. Those dang dirty SJWs
