If her father is/was dying of cancer, I can understand how she isn't in the best place mentally. It's hard to watch someone you care about fall apart like that. She has my sympathy.
And, in situations like that it does help you feel better if you just go and rant to people. But the problem is she is doing it in a public area. If she wants to rant properly she needs to either password protect her blog or make a private one. Because, honestly, no one wants to read about how shit your life is.

FYI - Works the same on regular Tumblr, too.
Sidenote: Tumblr Savior takes advantage of that function of the search feature to block posts that aren't even tagged with the blacklisted term, but even untagged post that have the term in them anywhere (save as part of an image).
