I like that this thread went from just laughing at these people to psychoanalyzing everyone involved because there's so little other content to work with, although Sats is still pretty cow-y.

I think his problem is just doing what he does, but of course because he's a hero he's obliged to keep doing this. Like countless others have said, if he just deleted entirely and stopped taking trivial shit so seriously he would be a lot happier.

Pointing out bullshit isn't really a problem in and of itself if it's done sparingly, it's the admiration part that's weird. Maybe I'm just old but usually I don't look up to people unless they're doing something really productive.
Honestly ignoring people who say stupid shit about cartoons or just making fun of them would be more tolerable than getting angry about it or letting it take over your life.

He hasn't really mentioned any personal problems, no. But I did make some suggestions about reaching out for help if he was feeling down or stressed (hell--that's what I'm doing to get out of the slump I've been in since losing a family member last year). I also suggested breaking out of any routines, unfollowing anti-sjw blogs, and making lists of things he wants to accomplish, and setting a personal reward system for finishing them.

OT: I don't think he'd mind that much if Trump wins, honestly. Both Republicans and Democrats hate Trump, so they can just utilize the system of checks we have in place in our political system to put the kibosh on any idiotic ideas he may have. Hillary, meanwhile, would get away with whatever she wants, which is a lot more concerning than having a brainless meat puppet in the Oval Office.

Whether he has any personal problems of his own or not, I have seen him wearing himself thin. There is a thing called caring too much, and that's a big part of what's happened to him. He's literally cared so much about whatever his personal causes are, to every single suicidal teen/person on Tumblr whether he agrees with them or not, that he seems to have lost sight of self care. He's ragged and stretched to his limits, and won't just stop to take care of himself, too.

I really haven't seen him sperg out and he seems to keep his cool much better than taka. But he doesn't like it when people criticize MRAs and does go into some diatribes about MRAs. I can't really say for sure since this the first time in a long time I've visited his blog. Though he does give sources at least.
 
i think syabm should go in the general anti thread. Mostly because though Rob reblogs from him a lot, he doesn't have the drama that gets super personal with Rob. Not like with Veronica and the other, mostly now former super tight pals, of Rob.

personally, i quantify a Taka-Pal as one who a) has been in lots of skype chats with him, b) has been the subject of a personal crusade when faced with criticism (such as Veronica), c) someone he tags repeatedly whether for random posts or SJ posts.

if they meet any of those 3, they go on my list. if they don't, then they're pretty much just a general anti.

Having a pony OC is cringey enough, but that mark is somehow more autistic than even having a :autism: in its place.
