Introduction
Those of you involved with the GTA scene and other Rockstar games know that there are quite a few autists in the community who dedicate their lives to documenting every single thing about their favorite games, whether its mods for the games, or the stories, or theories or anything else there are quite a few spergs out there who will talk about it for years on end. And there are some who in their anxiousness to play the next Rockstar game, make up all sorts of rumors and shit through clickbait in order to get views and ad revenue. Today I'm going to be talking about one of these spergs, a man who has been online for decades that continues to get himself into drama after drama after drama, this is the story of Mark Simon Robert Tammerstrand, or better known as online, SWEGTA.
Beginnings
Simon was born on September 25, 1996 to two divorced parents in Stockholm, and from a young age became hyperobsessed with Grand Theft Auto due to his Mom having a PS2 and his Dad an Xbox, but it was Bully that tickled his fancy after first playing it, and this game would influence him so much years later he made a whole video about how much Bully changed his life.
Years later in 2010, Simon would join YouTube, where he would upload his first videos being random gameplay stuff. He would find his audience however through uploading videos on Bully such as mods, beta content, and general gameplay. He was likely a large part of why Bully gained such an audience alongside TheNathanNS. He also claimed that fellow Swede Pewdiepie is a large influence on him, as Pewdiepie playing Bully back in 2012 brought a lot of people over to Bullymods.net, one of whom, a guy named Mick would become an irl friend with Simon.
Edgelord Era
The peak of SWEGTA's popularity came around 2016 to 2019, as he was getting many views on his videos, and was regularly collabing with fellow GTAtubers like Vadim M and getting involved in the now defunct GTA Underground mod, acting as a DJ for the Bullwork Rock Radio Station. What is most known though about this era is that SWEGTA had a general edgy attitude and this was well represented in the posts he made online and in his videos.
Probably the crux of this that most don't know about is that SWEGTA used to make Moonman music. See as mentioned SWEGTA is a part of Bullymods.net, and at one point he ran the operations of the site, and for years used the Bullymods.net handle as his email. Well there was a specific section of Bullymods dedicated towards Moonman called http://www.moonman.bullymods.net, which was considered the official website of Moonman, and new music would be shown there.
Now I am exactly unsure how many albums they made, but what is known is that the album Whitetopia was made and credited to both SWEGTA and Mick, and they are both namedropped in some of the songs.
Sometime later the moonman stuff would get its own forum, where it remained active until 2018. Bullymods would ultimately rebrand itself as BullyBoard around 2019 and completely changed domains, largely so people don't know about the moonman stuff they made.
Ranting about other Youtubers
Realizing that doing Bully content wasn't going to be enough for him, Simon decided to go into drama, ranting about YouTubers he didn't like through his "Destroying" series. Originally focused on non-GTA Youtubers such as atheist anti-feminist YouTuber WarCorpse666, SWEGTA decided to focus more on figures in the GTA community, including Jack Thompson, who hasn't been relevant since fucking 2008, and clickbait youtubers like MrBossFTW and Sernandoe, which is especially ironic given how much Bully 2 clickbait Swegta has done over the years.
Now the main thing that's notable about the Warcorpse drama is that it gave us this gem of a moment, causing SWEGTA to unlist the video years later.
Another notable feud that he had during this time happened not on YouTube but on Vidlii, where he feuded with edray1416 for a bit after talking about how bad the people who use Vidlii are, and then left the platform a year after he had edray leave the site for a time.

The Transphobia in GTA 5 Video/Wokescold Era
Now SWEGTA was always a hard leftie bisexual, but what pissed people off about him is a video he uploaded on May 29, 2021, formerly titled "Transphobia in GTA 5" but it is now unlisted because of the backlash he got from it. Basically the whole gist of the video is "GTA 5 is hecking twansphobic because the protagonists make jokes talking with them and its so hard being twans"
This followed with an infamous 4 hour stream that originally was planned to be 10 minutes where he debated with people about his video, with most people just kissing his ass.
Needless to say this was a massive departure from someone who used to regularly say slurs, and people didn't buy his bullshit because complaining about representation in a game that proclaims that they offend anyone and you play as horrible people is one of the most stupid ass things i've ever seen, which is why game journos such as Keith Michael Petit started writing articles about how transphobic GTA is not long after SWEGTA released his video.
Ultimately, like with the Cuban-Haitian controversy with Vice City back in 2003, Cockstar bent the knee, and removed the tranny peds from spawning for the most part and removing the offensive dialog, thus removing troons from GTA 5. So I'm sure the troons are happy that they aren't in GTA V anymore, even positively as SWEGTA was begging for.
So after this drama SWEGTA went full wokescold, constantly bragging about how Rockstar was always woke and whining about how people didn't complain until the transphobia video, even bragging about how gay Jimmy Hopkins, a teenager, is.
Said ragebait would of course be reposted on 4chan, and it's very likely that SWEGTA or his discord server was behind it, as he once made a video on his second channel bragging about he owned those chuds on 4chan.
Of course at the end of the day we all know this was all being done to cover up his edgy past, but there's something else as to why he showed his hand.
Begathon for Drug Money
See the main reason why I think SWEGTA decided to go full wokescold is because he is absolutely terrible with his spending habits, constantly spending it on Weed, and other useless shit for content to make his videos, and with Breadtube still having some popularity at the time he thought that he could latch onto breadtube and make money through them. That never happened though so instead we get these long ass videos where he would constantly beg about how much he needed money due to his partying habits alongside tweets.
This would lead to periods since with him going homeless, and having his friends back him up when people called him out on his reckless spending.
It also so happened that during all of this drama, SWEGTA got beaten up by two thugs who tried to rob him, which likely he was glad about since he could use it as a way to get more money from his fans to buy drugs.
The BeskInfinity Drama
One of SWEGTA's friends was a guy named BeskInfinity, and in January of 2025 allegations were made about Besk making sexual jokes with minors and begging for their nudes alongside gayops which caused another youtuber, Synth Potato, to make an expose on Besk, which later got deleted due to gayops from Besk.
This caused SWEGTA, who was friends with Besk, to reveal all of the dirty laundry he had on him, such as hanging out with teenagers, and promising that he would make a video about him and his drama, a video that so far has not come out.
Synth Potato has also promised that he would make a video on Besk, but like with SWEGTA's his video hasn't come out either.
The most recent update to this drama happened in November when another former friend, LegacyKillaHD, announced he cut ties with Besk as well and planned on making a video with SWEGTA about him.
Bully Online
Recently, SWEGTA decided to release what he believes is his magnum Opus, a project that took years that has been underground due to Take-Two's hatred of mods involving their copyrighted content. However, being smart as he is, SWEGTA decided to monetize early access to the client, and that brought the attention of Take-two. Just about a month after Bully Online came out fully, a rival client named Bully MP was taken down, and not long after Bully Online got a cease and desist from Take-Two, so it is very likely that this project is at an end after SWEGTA decided to announce it to the world.
SWEGTA decided that he was going to make a statement on the 21st, and ultimately made it on the 22nd because of a coincidental robbery that happened, and in the response he basically threw all blame at Take-Two for the mod being taken down.
But in spite of this response, it still does not answer why SWEGTA thought using a Ko-fi and promoting the mod all over the gaming press was a good idea.
