He's just trying to sound scary. While you can prevent a specific device from accessing specific resources on your LAN, it needs to physically connected to your LAN for this to happen AND you need to enter the machine's MAC address into the access list on the router.

Problem is the MAC doesn't pass beyond your local link so it's literally useless once you get to the internet.

King Empty Jay isn't even his actual name, it's KingMTJ, the person who this cow stole sprites from, look here...

If I recall correctly, IntelligentAthiest was noticed from some GoAnimate shit and Chome was discovered through Nickelodeon Fanon Wiki (remember that?).

It appears as though shit is going down at their website over this. Wikia is running slow as fuck on my PC so I can't see all of it, but they've apparently already enacted rule changes:

So I'm wondering, do we actually have proof this guy is Japanese and Susumu is his real name? He seems way more like an autistic weeaboo than anything.

His English is way too good to be a normal Japanese student so if he is in Japan he's either got English parents or goes to an international school, possibly both. But most likely he's just some weeb who would give his left nut to be Japanese.

Another bit of evidence you could use is, if we was actually in Japan, he wouldn't be on the computer at like, 4 AM in Japanese time, and this kid's probably a teenager.
Granted, he could be a "Jap" living abroad, but who fucking knows.
