I'm more intrigued how there's a Monster Hunter stage and Assist Trophy and stage boss...but no Monster Hunter rep.

I'm also wondering who else they can put in who hasn't been deconfirmed as an assist trophy. We have all the stupid meme characters now a la Ridley, King K Rool, Daisey, and Chrom.

And I'm thinking that the blurred out mode is either Adventure Mode or a revamped Smash Run.

I just realized that with Stamina Mode, two stocks, two players, FD stages, and a Final Smash meter, it's now entirely possible to play the closest thing to a legitimate traditional fighting game with Nintendo characters. This game just keeps getting better.

Considering that they've been really running with the concept of Echo Fighters, I can see either of these as a possibility in either the main game or as DLC later on. At this point I wouldn't even be surprised if they added Shadow the Original Character, who has yet to be revealed as an assist trophy, as an echo for Sonic.

Admittedly, the echo fighter thing was a fairly good idea on Nintendo’s part. Get in extra characters with less work.

With the addition of Chrom, there is now a grand total of FOUR Marths, beating out the 3 Links.

One character takes up 2% of the roster currently.

Dark Samus got in so I'm satisfied. I don't have any more realistic wishes from Smash now. That said I kinda wish they'd upgrade the classic SSB stages to HD as well while giving the option for the original versions for both the original and Melee. Oh well.
