Here's a quick summary, hopefully I get to it before anyone else. This is basically a more polished version of evidence.zip2 with less autism, so if you watched that just read this for the new information.
-Hax is still Haxx and his autism personality profile and over interpreting is still pervasive
-Says this is the worst videogame controversy of all time, when there was that Fortnite player who was raping children a few weeks back
-Evidence.zip makes Leffen sound like a bit of a bully but the allegations aren't detailed enough and it could just be other autists
-Leffen is still a pathological liar with evil intentions apparently
-Haxx was recently globally banned from Smash bros tournaments for defamation and being seen as a physical threat to Leffen, both of which I think are bullshit and he shouldn't be banned
-Leffen says his physically safety is at threat and is why Haxx got banned from the tournaments, Haxx says this is a diversion technique which might actually have some truth to it
-Leffen deleted 6 years of tweets after Haxx uploaded evidence.zip2. He also deletes some "key" Youtube videos. This definitely incriminates Leffen, because why delete anything if you didn't do anything wrong?
-Leffen apparently likes to "contact a lawyer", but it's mostly a bluff
-One of the allegations (Mike Haggard) with context of persons high school life "Leffen has tried to make me seem like an insane stereotype of someone locked up in a mental hospital" "When I was in my first to second year of high school... Bottom of the totem pole... I was once pushed into a wall for no reason at the end of a basketball game and nobody cared."
-"It always makes me smile when you continue obsessing over me." - Leffen to Mike in 2012
Jisu, Haxx's ex girlfriend made an allegation and then changed her Twitter bio to Batman afterwards, with Leffen commenting on her allegation shortly afterwards. Leffen also made an extremely scripted tweet that led up to Jisu's tweet which can be paraphrased to "believe all victims!". Jisu is also apparently extremely manipulative?
-Original twitlonger against Zero Leffen said that he saw him showing hentai to other players, but Zero was actually 17 at the time and the other players of age so they could actually go to jail. Zero still did something bad with the later allegation, this information made him look worse than he actually was though when it should make him look better.
-Basically saying that Leffen does things to eliminate competing market share
-retelling a creepy story where Leffen is in Haxx's hotel room after Haxx's banned him from a previous tournament
-retelling Leffen trying to ban the Boxx, Haxx's own smash bros controller he made. Shits on it on social media and YouTube videos with unironic propaganda videos.
-Leffen now suffers from arthritis, which could of be stopped with Haxx's controller ironically enough
-Leffen likes discrediting people in public to make them look bad after an argument with them. Leffen has spread Mike Haggard had bipolar and that Haxx had ptsd and insomnia, when those things were personal to the person who had them.
-Within one hour of Haxx releasing various Boxx publications, Leffen would shit on it publicly and be overly sceptic comparing it to "research funded by cigarette companies"
-Leffen makes a tournament the day after Haxx, makes it EU only to deflect criticism that it would overruns Haxx's tournament, then opens it to NA a two weeks later. Leffen's tournament also required a twitch sub to him. Haxx was also an autist here and decided just to close his tournament because reasons.
-Makes unironic anti Hbox propaganda after sucking his dick two days earlier, because the community became to dogpile on him. When crowds began to shit on Hbox in person, Leffen said it wasn't cool of them to do. Hbox's mum then btfo's Leffen implying most of this hate was his fault.
-Unfortunately Haxx doesn't make an Among Us reference when he got to the #metoo allegations
-Leffen claimed he was slapped 8 times during this era, when in his original claim it was only once. Leffen would be an asshole on this trip which unfortunately could best be described as "microaggressions". Leffen would keep the lights on at night and turn the volume to the max when someone was trying to sleep on a caravan. He also injured someone's knees when he launched himself back on his aeroplane seat, which caused him to get slapped.
-Leffen started gossiping about an allegation against Mew2king in his Twitch chat in which Mew2king has to confess that he had an extremely bad circumcision to do with his penis and that he can't orgasm and feel pleasure. Leffen then defends that he didn't start the rumour, which makes me think that he did, considering how often Leffen's tweets turn out to be the opposite. At the very least he fuelled it.

All said and done this is a lot better than last time, though Haxx's trademark autism is still at play. I especially liked the new circumcision is so bad you can't accuse me of rape arc, that was one I was not expecting. Also Leffen most likely stalks people to an extent because he frequently responds to people who have wronged him within an hour if the topic is contentious.

I can't believe it. I was so sure I'd wake up today and find out it was some shitty Fox combo video or something. But no, he doubled down with "My ban should be rescinded, because you were all manipulated and I was right", and it's 2 hours long. He started working on this immediately after his last fake apology. He's learned nothing. This man is legitimately insane.
I like how "Chapter 3: The Hax Con" is the longest chapter aside from the outro. Leffen is Hitler, but his worst crime was wronging me.
Hax also deleted almost all of his own tweets/videos about evidence.zip2 and momfucker. He keeps doing the same things he accuses Leffen of doing, but it's like his brain is incapable of noticing it. He must have some kind of weird subconscious logic/justification that makes it okay only when he does it.

The only crime Leffen is guilty of is being better at everything Hax wants to be. Almost every criticism can be boiled down to Leff being better at the game, marketing, promotion, and communication. Many of Hax's complaints are straight up jealous projection and the fact he needed 3 separate, multi-hour videos isn't a good look. It doesn't matter if this one is "slightly more polished." Sammos the documentarian ended up censoring the episode on re airs, with Leffen "explaining" what happened this time. To play devil's advocate here, Hax DID have good intentions in the past and put in a lot of work to make the Boxx.
He has that special autism that makes him put an ungodly amount of effort into shit he believes in.
It just so happens that autism is being used to try to fuck with Leffen now... for some reason.

It's sort of better than the last two, thankfully no crying, but Hax$ still lets his stupid mannerisms and way of speaking leak in with all the talk of "propaganda" and "harassment campaigns" and conspiracy" and "market share".
It's like he's in capable of speaking like a fucking human. Maybe he'll get the hang of it when Evidence.zip 4 comes out.

In other news, Nintendo shut down a Project M Tournament at Riptide and the smash bros community shit themself again and try starting #freemelee again which only lasted for a couple hours this time around.
