Aren't the non-Disney characters owned by Squenix, or is just everything KH related the property of Disney by default?

Disney owns the characters created for Kingdom Hearts, Squenix only owns the pre existing characters who were put in the games.

Thing is, Tekken and Mortal Kombat games from their specific time periods were created in the years where people were born in those periods of time, where now Smash Ultimate is the first ever fighting game.

Even though Smash is a party game.

As far as I'm aware, there were tourneys for both Melee and Ultimate that did try having items on - what ended up happening was people camping out the other player, so they could stall to try and get items. It being "too boring to watch" was one of the reasons provided for disabling items, along with the regular "it's too random" argument that you'd expect.

Then again, this is the same game where the rules against stalling (which can make matches unbearable to watch if taken to extremes) are so unbelievably specific that it's basically impossible to have those rules actually be enforced.

That's actually a legit argument because stallers are the most gayest kind of players in any kind of competitive play. They guarentee that any kind of fun whatsoever get's sucked out of the game because they are that desperate to win. It's so bad that sometimes other players just give them the win by forfeiting the game because they don't want to deal with that shit.

Jesus fucking christ, the length of that twitlonger. There's really no hope for this guy. At this point he'd be lucky to get people to read a tweet thread. If he can't make a banger 5-8 minute video explaining why he's not retarded, he'll never win the crowd over (spoiler alert, he won't).
 
In the section about Hax's Nighclub in that twitlonger, funny that Hax leaves out the fact he's the one who cancelled his own tournament and then lied about it still existing, just to bait Leffen into "overrunning" it. He sounded really proud while explaining that 5D chess move in the original video, but I guess he figured out it sounds better when you leave that part out.

fyi hax always does long descriptive videos or content, it's just his style. He does the same on his Melee content. He graduated college and approaches everything with that mindset though someone should tell him he doesn't need to write an essay for every topic.

Should have gotten a journalism degree so an editor could kick his ass into shape on what info is relevant and what is not. If he released this first, the community reaction had a chance at being more than indifferent and/or "Hax get help"
