The video only starts getting into new info 7 minutes in, the main points are:
- Orez was accused of being a pedophile, defending lolicon, having CP on his computer, and trying to groom a 13 year old online.
- Orez DFE'd everything due to both the Technicals video on him as well as the pedophile accusations.
- Orez tried faking his suicide after being accused of being a pedophile by saying he took 6 tablespoons of salt (I am not joking.)
- One of Orez's friends, Cilatnro, says that the suicide was faked and that the salt was an injoke.

You should read the Hax thread, but basically he rightfully shat all over another player called Leffen. However, due to poor choice of words, even though he was right he said it in the most spergy way possible and thus earned him a ban. Oversimplifying but you can also watch some parts of Technical's video on it. It's long so pace yourself and feel free to skip around the video.
 
Hax did so little wrong. His sin was believing in the community that drove him to suicide and failed to do the same to this guy.

Because it's a children's game and they hope to isolate the children at tournaments or on groomcord. Same with the FGC for something like say Gear versus Killer Instinct. One of those has way, way, way more trannies and it's for the simple fact that anime attracts children and manchildren alike.
