Smash-tards never stopped coping over Sakurai saying Smash isn't a competitive game. Don't remember the dude's name, but one of the high-level Smash dudes challenged Sakurai to a fight (in game) when Sakurai said such things. Sakurai even hated the competitive scene so much, he purposely added a random (it's something like 1% chance when running/dashing) trip mechanic in Brawl. This isn't just people saying Smash isn't FGC, it's the literal creator of the series saying and putting mechanics in the game to hamper the competitive scene.

As an aside, I enjoyed all the tears when they put Ryu in the most recent Smash game. They kept the normal Smash mechanics, but did something like the attacks did more damage or something if you did the directional input. Had messageboards full of autists screeching about how bullshit it was, expecting people to do directionals. It's been this way since fighting games started, but they couldn't handle it.

But why did especially the Smash community (or rather the whole FGC) bow down and take the girlcock right up the ass? The FGC was known for things getting heated fast and having legit fist fights in its arcade days, i can't understand how they were cool with troons and faggotry practically over night. Was it pressure from event organizers or what? Is it because they are all autists in the end?

There's a number of reasons, the big one is the wave of newblood who didn't grow up playing in arcades or liquor stores, where you risk being mugged by a pack of feral mexicans. But also, trying to go full e-sports. Full e-sports means big sponsorships to get a shot at big money, and to paraphrase Metokur about corporate money; "It's hard to sell a Buick, when someone's yelling nigger in the comments section." Corporate came with behavior and DEI and all that other shit.

Smash is competing with guilty gear for the worst gaming community. Both community is full with trannies and groomer pedo.

There's a split in the Guilty Gear community since Strive came out; you're either Guilty Gear, or a Striver, and some have even taken the being called a Striver is like being hit with the Hard-R. Strive has plenty of problems mechanically from the start, but the real problem was when they released Bridget. ArcSys ran a character vote in NA, Europe, and Japan, and Bridget was #1 in Japan, like #7 in one of the other areas, and not even in the ranking (top 10) in the third area. So Japan gets their wish, Bridget comes out, and the fucking retarded English speaking trannies go ahead and kill it for the rest of us.
