Cross-posted from Hax thread. He's appealing his permanent ban from earlier this year.
ANOTHER ban appeal. Still has his trademark longwindedness. After being banned from individual tournaments despite the expiration of his community ban, he spoke out about it and received a lifetime community ban for doing so. This new video basically says a lifetime ban under these circumstances is cruel and unusual.

He is persona non grata among the entire melee community. One tournament operator basically told him to kick rocks.

I can't help but sympathize with him, assuming he's not cherry picking his interactions with TO's post-ban. Many TO's didn't even bother responding to him to explain their position, so they forced his hand into releasing the previous appeal which triggered this ban. Just goes to show how retarded the entire community is. Just tell him to fuck off like pic related!

Another thing, I don't understand the governing body who is issuing these bans. If TO's can override the decisions of this body then what's the point of them all agreeing to abide by it?

Kind of interesting how fast discussion of the series died once the last DLC character got revealed for Ultimate. Probably will get hyped up once the next game gets announced, but for now it pretty much has been quiet. Even the Meleefags have gone quiet but that was eventually bound to happen especially with all of the scandals that the community has had.

Well I imagine several big names being outed as pedophiles will force any community into the shadows, on top of Nintendo all but openly declaring it's disgust for smash fans.

Brave FGC Conservative and self-appointed Saviour of E-Sports Mekk -- who apparently broke this news months ago [A] -- wastes no time pinning blame on the slanderous tranny TOs, as opposed to Hax being an obsessive nutcase one psychotic break away from releasing sarin gas at a New York local:

im glad the competitive scene is now dead, Smash Niggers aren't people.

So now that the Switch 2 has been announced there's already been a massive increase in people wondering who's going to be in the next smash if it happens.
There's no way there won't be another Smash sooner or later. Smash Ultimate was insanely successful, with basically every character announcement practically being a huge internet event. Steve's reveal was so big that it crashed Twitter for a little bit because so many people were flooding it in excitement. The game just printed money. The real question is if Sakurai is truly going to let the series go or get strong-armed into coming back again.

Switch 2 is backwards compatible though right? Will be interesting to see how they change the next Smash to make it distinct from playing Ulimate on the same system.
