99 percent of emulators aren’t illegal. Some do need some software from the original console like a BIOS and downloading that is probably illegal, but they won’t include it in the download.
With Roms I think if you make the backup copy yourself it’s not illegal but downloading it is. But who cares, companies make it annoying as fuck to play their old games and no one wants to pay 120 bucks for a 30 year old game.
If people get seriously upset over the kind of shit talking he does they shouldn’t play any other games. FPS games are way more toxic and it’s even your own teammates doing the shit talking half the time. Yeah he’s kind of an ass but so are most pro game players.

I've just finished watching the video and I have to ask, why should I believe any of this? I don't play or care about Smash, so I have no real context for any of this, but this Hax guy is obsessed with painting Leffen as being pure evil that should be in jail.

These videos felt like they were written by a man who had just passed a test on the DSM-V for the first time. And believe it or not he makes some decent points, this asian guy seems like a clinical psychopath with dark triad tendencies, those people usually slow-boil to the top if they play their cards right because they know just the right way of pulling strings. I'd call it unnecessarily autistic but not ill-founded.

Just keep this in mind for anyone in PR. If you want to throw someone under the bus, don't make it so blatantly obvious you're trying your absolute hardest to destroy them. If you sperg out like this and start comparing someone to Hitler, or saying that they are a deranged psychopath manipulating the entire world, people will stop caring what you say, even if there's some legitamacy to them being a dickhead. People don't like being told what to do, and when you tell a whole bunch of people that you have to hate this person or else you yourself are an awful human being, people stop giving a fuck pretty quickly about what you have to say.
