Sunny side up is pretty good if you cbf
Scrambled is decent when properly seasoned
Omelettes are slso a good choice
Always sunny side up for me, barring omelettes when I get my hands on some mushrooms.

I almost never really do scrambled. I don't hate it, but it's not really my favorite.

I like scrambled because it's easy to do. I love toasting it and folding it into fun shapes.

Lately i've been eating fried eggs because I have discovered the art of not perpetually cooking on high means oil doesn't violently spit at you.

If you do sunny side up then it's fine as long as you baste the top with oil/butter from the pan so the white on top still cooks.

Easy over is fine as long as you don't break the yolk when you flip it and only leave it flipped for a short time before taking it out of the pan.

Chefs are less likely to fuck up an easy over. If cooking for myself, then it's more fun to try make an omelette instead. If you fuck up the omelette, then you have scrambled egg.
