SugarBombed Is a forum created by a few Fallout youtubers: MrMattyPlays, Allout, and Fudgemuppet, that I know of.
MrMattyPlays announcing the site:
You'll quickly notice that the forum is meant to be a safe zone, to be free of cyberbowling in case people disagree with you. This comes not too long after Matty made an actual 11-minute video where he explains that a mistake in a previous video wasn't his fault and how he and his lore masters are only human. Matty is criticized often for stating the obvious, and most of his videos are just speculation. This site is meant to be their own personal hugbox because people don't always agree with his often unfounded fanboy theories.

You can judge the actual forum for yourself, but I get the impression that many of the posters are inexperienced or young, and don't tend to proofread or put much thought into posting.

Not sure where the lulz comes from here, but I like the ideas in the screencap you posted. Personally, I think an eagle mutant or a gang of vicious falconeers could make for some good enemies.

I'm not really into Fallout, but doesn't it do lots of adult and controversial stuff? Fallout is the last thing I would expect someone to make a safe space about.

I'm guessing this is for people who were too spergy for No Mutants Allowed. That's actually pretty sad/impressive.
If it was, wouldn't they see Fallout 3 as trash compared to other titles in the main series? I'm pretty sure one thing NMA differed from them was seeing Fallout 3 as a weak entry of the series. Either way, making a "safe zone" forum would only show it to be more of an echo chamber than a place of discussion.

I don't know if it's a "safe zone" where they can talk about the Bethesda entries to the series without being "harassed" or if it's for some other reason. Any other funny for us, OP? This has to be tied to NMA in some way because they've been the default place for talking about Fallout for like, fifteen years now. If I had to guess, I'd say that NMA is a bit annoyed by the whole LP thing and thus a new site was made by LPers

Oh yeah, watching the video there's no way he isn't talking about No Mutants Allowed. He even wants their mentality to "spread to other websites."

I know Fallout 4 having stuff announced created huge rifts, but I didn't expect them to be any bigger than NMA usually has. They generally don't mind people saying they enjoy Bethesda Fallout games, it only really gets spergy and "toxic" when you get into the lore.

Here is one thread that might have some laughs.

Staff member using personal army.

I bet you the second someone goes "I support legion" they go into a shitfest that makes millions of galaxies cringe.
It's the wasteland, no one cares about your feelings. They should all man up or get pulled onto a cross, all I see there are degenerates

Fuck you independent Vegas best ending. I nuked both those fuckers and shot low rent Bane in the face.

That said, nearly any forum dedicated to one video game exclusively invariably turns into a giant pile of shit. Except Bay 12 and Kerbal Space program for some weird reason.

Jurassic Park's fan site is a massive shithole so yes, I can see where your coming from (even though you are a Degenerate.)
KSP is too professional and only works because the community is so friendly because they put a stop to it, Bay 12 is because everyone there is robust enough not to take that shit willingly.

Oh I've seen KSP forums become shit, they just get sorted out quicker.

Even being an NCR fanboy I know they're not perfect. But fuck if you mention to some of these people that Tandi was basically a dictator or that the whole government is filled with corruption, they've got to defend everything they do.

Fallout is beloved as one of the best game series in existence because of the amazing freedom and agency granted to the player. Want to work for the Legion? Fuck it, grab some goofy-looking armor and start putting people up on crosses. Wanna poison literally everyone? Pop that FEV into the public water supply, we won't stop you. Don't like the guy you're talking to? Kill him, then enjoy a jaunty little stroll across the Wasteland wearing his favorite hat. It's worth noting that every organization or faction in the game that supports the idea of strict control over the Wasteland is depicted as oppressive and cruel.
In light of that, a tightly controlled and heavily moderated forum devoted to the series seems like some kind of practical joke...

I can't be the only one that's deeply confused by the need for a 'safe zone' to discuss a posts apocalyptic environment, can I? It's akin to Mad Max having a padded play room, surely?

Here's the problem, people are allowed to shit up the forum as long as they aren't being overtly offensive.
I've seen this shitposter around the forums. He makes really stupid and incoherent theories and people have to validate him.

(he actually started two of these threads in the same board, saying the same thing about the "enclave remenites".)
Of course this rambling post is the foremost authority on enclave in Fallout 4:

Honestly, you'd think they'd know better than everyone else than locking a bunch of people in a "safe space" together and not letting anyone who doesn't agree with the prevailing agenda in.

I bet Vault-Tec did this.
Must be a vault experiment to see how effective safe-zones are. Clearly the forum itself shows how well a safe-zone would do.
