lol yeah he looks like a soy-fed, retarded mix between Marylin Manson and john lennon. I agree though he is somewhat reasonable most of the time. However, I think he was a lot more reasonable before when his predictions and hopes were all coming true. Now that things have turned against him he seems to be losing it slowly but surely.
I think it's because he's somewhat stuck in the past. It's been said here before but at times he acts like it's still 2005 in the middle of the Bush years or something. There's a certain Jon Stewartesque smugness and I-don't-know-as-much-as-I-think-I-do attitude that he displays at times. It reminds me a little bit of how annoying the hardcore internet atheists were in the late 2000s and first third or so of the 2010s. After Biden's victory (the shenanigans and drama notwithstanding) he's constantly been in 'crying Wojack wearing a smug mask' mode trying to push the whole "haha I'm just clownpilled" thing. There's something very Hello, fellow internet zoomers about it which is just ripe for mockery.
I don't think it would be his relationship at the root of his depressed state, but his youtube job. Immersing oneself in social media-take political punditry from a /pol-lite perspective has gotta take it's toll on one's mental state after awhile, especially when your perceived side recently took it's biggest loss and is supposed to be targeted for persecution in the 'failing state' that's the object of one's obsessive reporting. A relationship should provide escape and relief from that if one really is in love, but who knows what exactly the dynamics of styx n his wife's off-air life is really like. So maybe that is part of his problem. I know I'd feel weird af co-habitating with my groupie gf's foreign family in a foreign land, while entirely focused on the country I'd left behind. lol, ecelebs are so weird and entertaining in ways they never intended to be

Look at Europe and you see the same politics as the US. Most of the news cycles are still dominated by Trump hate over their own national news. Living in the UK or Amsterdam isn't greatly different to the US at this point.
This content almost exclusively luke-warm takes on very US-specific things: Biden, BLM, Democrats, Trump.
I think you're misunderstanding my post. Those US-specific politics are all over European TV. The BBC runs multiple news segments on Trump every news block. BLM gets massive coverage as does the democrats policies and whatever else they're up to. American politics since Trump has become the dominant news story in many European countries. It's pure globalism where Trump is covered more than the native politics are.
When he has videos like this, it really backs your theory, trying to get that Trump magic back.
