Mel's parents are rich by my standard because they have multiple homes in the US and UK.

There is a strong possibility that they'll drop the case because Tarl can't testify against me. But the state can still go through with it and use his pictures and police body cam as evidence in lieu of his testimony, but it's not likely. Nonetheless, my attorney is producing a robust defense because he said it's not wise to play chicken & assume they're going to drop the charges & make a chicken ass out of us if they do go to trial.

I just made chicken again last night. It was pretty good. Cooking pasta now- going to make a casserole with mushrooms and leftover chicken parts because that'll feed more people than just myself.

I guess the combo of tomatoes, garlic, and basil is just too much for my poor tortured guts these days. Nobody else had a problem digesting it, just me. It was twice as bad as pizza heartburn.

The worst regret is regret for your own home-cooked meal--but this time, it wasn't even fucked up, the soup was perfect. I just can't eat it. Even the prevacid let me down. The soup was so good too 😞
