On the note of the case countermanded, he's referring to the charges that were dropped. The charges being dropped doesn't mean that it didn't happen, it's still a matter that was before the court. He beat on Sam's door with a flail. That in no way countermands a separate previously existing order not to contact Sam from a different state. VT probably dropped it because he didn't do any actual damage to the door (despite having a weapon), and saw that she was suicide baiting (that or the prosecutor interviewed her and could see she was batshit insane).

If he drinks himself into a stupor to the point he's soiling himself and mostly unconscious, (it seems like it's going to be soon but I've been disappointed getting my hopes up before), Mel or someone in the house would have to call an ambulance, right? If he's taken to a hospital would he be taken into custody at that point after he's made stable?
 
I watched about 2 minutes of his defense of morbid stories. He says there's a reason for the formulaic set up... I didn't get to what his reason was, but I'm pretty sure he thinks it's not because he's blackout drunk.

@HerTea Pants if he went to the hospital they wouldn't run him unless the injury was a gunshot/stab wound/or something that could be DV. They would run his insurance, maybe do a credit check to see if he has collections on outstanding hospital bills. That will determine his treatment, they have to fix you up if you arrive in the ER, but they do a cost analysis. I don't like hospitals, but there's very few independent practitioners still around.

Don't let him get under your skin, point and laugh. I'm not mad, just disappointed. When he married Liz and had a kid a lot of people were happy for him, at least in the places on the interwebs I hang out. Watching him trash his entire online persona real time is tragic, but also funny.
