Ackshully, the seizure turned out to be a stroke according to Tardfucker. So not two separate instances.

IIRC, he did show up to the zoom call on the next hearing but never said anything and then left early. TBF, even the judge didn’t know whether he was to supposed to appear and she was having a helluva time with the interwebs that day, so when she expressed uncertainty over whether Tarl was even on the docket, he ditched. That appearance was filled with fuckery, but the judge pounded his little bitch boy ass after that by issuing a bench warrant for failure to appear. It sucks we are not allowed to record those calls because they’re hilarious.

Also, Tarl believes he’s dying and technically he is dying of alcoholism so he doesn’t need to care about anything anymore because he doesn’t have a future, he thinks. Why he would want to leave behind a legacy of destroying his marriage and abandoning his daughter only to become the world’s skuzziest trouser snake and die a penniless cosplaying lush is beyond me.
