I have the right to face my accuser. Tarl was told that if Samantha did not turn up in Louisiana court, there would be no testimony against him & he would the exonerated.
I seem to recall during one of your rants that Sam was a horrible and negligent mother (true) for taking a few days to go and do exactly that. It was along the lines of 'she would rather go to court instead of spend time with her kids'.

No way @TheRealist067 came back just to give you a trash can on your corned beef take

This thread is generating 95% of his content these days. For a guy that likes to spend a few minutes every other video about how much he hates Kiwi Farms and its posters -- the same people that gave him the bum's rush off this site -- he's on here daily to skim content.
My theory is that's he's a fucking liar.

If you watch his recent Rumble video on his "stroke," Tarl does a lot of backtracking -- "I think I had a stroke" and his inability to read is due to the "stroke" screwing up his vision somewhat rather than some sort of neurological processing disorder.

One thing about the warwicks, they cannot handle money. This is a perfect example of that. Apparently Styx's castle is somehow adjacent to a school. The school has been approaching the homeowners like the warwicks to buy an "easement" on the castle so that school access can be made over the land to a nearby park.

Most people who do not need money rarely sell the easement willingly. rahter, you wait for the school district to get desperate and they offer more or sue to condemn part of the land. well, just before covid, the school district found one interested person who would take the 3 grand offered, but when covid hit, rutland said - no discretionary spending. so they had this hearing and apparently from the fact that they never cleaned that house, they did not get the money: But the story said the money deal went forward.

Archived, just for the hell of it.

First, he left it open to anything— "diminished my ability to read."

Then he said something about vision being degraded, so I assumed visual cuts and asked which fields. Visual field cuts are common in strokes and are brain-based.

He elaborates further on rumble and it turns out not to be visual field cuts but rather something that sounds more like photophobia or glare problems, which he has been complaining about lo these many months, hence the sunglasses.

I conclude once again that he's just shitting everyone, or maybe just his hypochondriac self.

He's been posting his short stories for a bit now. I haven't archived them myself because theyre so bad and even his own followers gives it little engagement.

Sorry, you're wrong. She wasn't being questioned, she spontaneously and voluntarily confessed at a point when the officer had hardly gotten two words out of his mouth. Miranda rights only apply during custodial interrogation. If it's deemed inadmissable it won't be because she wasn't read her rights.
That is exactly my point. She wasn’t being questioned. Then it could be argued that she wasn’t being held at the time she blurt out a confession. No?

Edit so I don’t double post.

After reading “Shitty Kitty”, it’s kind of surreal how low this dude has fallen. Was he always putting his morbid stories out on Twitter like this? I guess now that he’s retarded, he’s unable to compartmentalize his degeneracy as well as before. He used to just mention he had written this gunk and where to find it which I assumed was mostly ignored.

Is he getting off because he thinks this is shocking people? It’s not shocking. It’s just silly and pathetic. Does he not realize that this is just making people feel pity for him and revealing how talentless he actually is? Grok was right; his writing skills are middle school tier and he should be embarrassed.

Tweak your prompt to ask if a confession is admissible if the person is not under custodial interrogation. The term that applies here is "excited utterance" or "spontaneous statement".

A person does not need to be under custodial interrogation to give a confession that can be used against them in court. If the confession is given outside of custodial interrogation it doesn't matter if law enforcement read them their rights.

Would it be worth calling in fellow kiwi Anominous? They’ve got a good grasp on law. I’d tag them but not being directly in this discussion it’s not my call.

Sure. He posts in the thread. I should be clear that IANAL but this is just basic stuff that's important for all American citizens to understand.

@AnOminous if a confession is given spontaneously and not under duress outside of custodial interrogation is it admissible?

Ahh, that was a nice break. Now, back to the superchat grind; June 2023 is now logged! View the full sheet here!

Currently running roughly $3,500 ahead of 2024 year-to-date, which is surprising considering that the latter was probably the most lucrative election year for political commentators in recent memory. Just shows you how far he had already fallen.

Also, just to be clear, you CANNOT get superchat numbers from Social Blade, so don't even bother mentioning it. I'm also not paying $600 a month to get the data from Playboard, as I want this data to be accessible to everybody for free, and with even more detail when I'm done.

Why are you trying to spice it up? I thought the whole point of St. Patty's is to get piss drunk and consume the *traditional* slop of Ireland? The fact nobody willingly eats corned beef and cabbage any other day of the year indicates its status as a protected foodstuff that shouldn't be adulterated.
I actually love corned beef in general, but I prefer the Jewish method that doesn't have cabbage.
This retard had better do something interesting soon or devolution of the thread's denizens is inevitable.
It's almost universal that when a retard who is the subject of a thread quits tarding out for a while, somehow the thread always turns into being about food.

It can be ambiguous whether or not you are in a custodial situation. Cops can be physically intimidating you and acting like you can't leave, yet they haven't formally declared you under arrest.

Don't talk to them, other than to ask "am I under arrest?" And if they say no, leave.

I don't know why she did the one thing that can result in you being the female in a DV situation and being the one who gets arrested. Pure genius, I guess.
@AnOminous if a confession is given spontaneously and not under duress outside of custodial interrogation is it admissible?
Usually, yes, but as I pointed out, sometimes the circumstances are ambiguous. They don't actually have to say the magic words from Miranda for you to be in custody. These were court-invented words not actual legislation, and I think at least four of the current Justices on SCOTUS vastly disapprove of the magic words doctrines like those in Miranda.

I am not completely familiar of the circumstances, but so far as I could tell, she voluntarily admitted to committing a crime while not being in custody and not being Mirandized.

Or it goes more meta. I prefer food.

But Tard hasn't quit tarding out. He's just resorted to posting formulaic Penthouse Forum-style stories that few like, then mechanically asserting that he hasn't changed, as if being arrested at 14 years age development should not be damning information. But he repeats this, not unlike the "Get your child a hoverball, Sara Lancaster aka kwitokee" chant he mounted here.
