Unfortunately you admitted to doing it. The statement you made to the police is evidence, they don't require his testimony to support their case. Talking to the police can never and will never help you.

Given how he's prone to lying, I wouldn't necessarily be surprised if he did lie about this too. After all, why would stop him from doing it? Especially since he's so overconfident that he can trick everyone anyway.

One thing about the warwicks, they cannot handle money. This is a perfect example of that. Apparently Styx's castle is somehow adjacent to a school. The school has been approaching the homeowners like the warwicks to buy an "easement" on the castle so that school access can be made over the land to a nearby park.

Most people who do not need money rarely sell the easement willingly. rahter, you wait for the school district to get desperate and they offer more or sue to condemn part of the land. well, just before covid, the school district found one interested person who would take the 3 grand offered, but when covid hit, rutland said - no discretionary spending. so they had this hearing and apparently from the fact that they never cleaned that house, they did not get the money: But the story said the money deal went forward.

1000xthis! Nikki is too honest and thinks the justice system is actually about getting justice. It’s not. It’s all about what you can prove in a court of law and they already have her confession. But did she actually confess before or after her rights were read to her? Nothing before that counts if she’s got good representation.

Sorry, you're wrong. She wasn't being questioned, she spontaneously and voluntarily confessed at a point when the officer had hardly gotten two words out of his mouth. Miranda rights only apply during custodial interrogation. If it's deemed inadmissable it won't be because she wasn't read her rights.

Nikki's admission might be interpreted by the court as a volunteered statement. That being said, I'd prefer this beating be considered funny rather than criminal.

Tarl dead yet? The goofy retard claimed a stroke means he can't read anymore. So theoretically, I could say his father is a rapist with a granny fetish and his mother is a golden arches whore that takes golden showers; and he would be totally unaware cause nigga can't read no more.

To be fair to Tarl, whenever I get one of those terms of service agreements, I too have a stroke and lose the ability to read. I end up just clicking agree cause I don't have all day to sit there and read legalease just to end up having to click agree anyway if I want to use the service.
