When I was going through my legal woes, I noticed how hard the courts would work to NOT keep people in jail. Both red and blue areas. Half the courtroom would be in their pajamas and they were more than willing to give 2nd & 3rd chances. They're more than happy to squeeze every shekel they can but you gotta be an honest to God retard and/or homo to keep ending up in jail

One would think DV/firearm charges would be enough to start a pursuit but even that isn't enough for deep blue Vermont to care about muh rayciss youtube nazi

I think courts tend to care about the effect on the community of locking people up. It costs money to throw someone in jail/prison and a lot of laws were written with the intent of them being used to further punish bad people than to be blindly enforced. That's kind of why BMJ keeps getting away with his crimes: while smoking crack is illegal, he's not actually harming the local community and might even be cleaning it up(via snitching on dealers) but he'd be harming the community if local tax dollars were used putting him in prison.

As for this styx retard, I think the courts will probably throw the book at him. He's unlikable and harmful to both his local community and to the world at large. No one wants a man like him around their daughter nor does anyone want him influencing their kids. While BMJ's local community benefits from him smoking crack, gambling, and spending some of his wins/donations on goods and services in the local community, putting styx in prison would be far less costly for his local community(and the nation as well) than letting him poison his community.

That guy beats his parents. Styx is too much of a pussy. BMJ is also a localized problem which is probably why he continues to get away with it.

BMJ's father is the problem. The courts know this. They've dealt with the problems men like him cause and they probably have 0 sympathy for the guy. Bad fathers like him who didn't want a kid born and then proceeded to fuck up the life of their child as a coping mechanism are a very common problem. The prosecutor knows that if BMJ tried to improve his life and do everything right, his shitty father would just falsely accuse him of abuse to get him locked away.

Styx, on the other hand, is just a sociopaths piece of shit. He could've had a great father and mother and turned out to be evil on his own. Also, he's created a trail of blood and misery everywhere he goes and not all of his victims deserve it.

JF is such a fucking retard. If the damage of a stroke was completely irreversible, then you wouldn't see stroke patients getting shit like physical and speech therapy.

What is funny to me about Styxx's excuses and stories is that it's perfectly aligns with the experience of anyone that has dealt with a friend or family member in the grips of untreated addiction.

I used to volunteer with my local veterans hospital and the retarded, childish stories I would hear from the alcoholics as their excuses for not showing up for appointments or getting their shit together would be hilarious.

I think it's a real toss up as to who is declining physically and mentally from drug/alcohol abuse: Styxx or Ralph. Now there's a brain teaser.

Styxhexenspatula666 discovered that recipes are just well written suggestions. I got a quart of cobm in honey, and I'm thinking of making some BBQ. I don't have any oak/maple/cedar chips tho, so I'll have to figure something out (you wet the chips down and throw them on the bottom rack while you smoke the stuff on the top rack). I might just dry out some canned pineapple and smoke it with some JoJos and some beef cuts that have been sitting in my freezer for too long. Either that or I dig into last year's pig.. I have some loins that have been calling my name, my dogs will love the table scraps.
