Umm...yeah the court system doesn't give a fuck about your privacy. There are privacy protections in place under certain circumstances (such as most evidence being kept under wraps if you take a plea instead of a trial) but I'm pretty sure half the point of our justice system is being fairly transparent. That's why anyone can attend court as a spectator.

I don't have to imagine. It has been and is myself. It sucks but that is life. There is a user on here who visited my place of employment and personally attended a court appearance that I drove Styx too. And now Samantha Keister is trying to bring stalking charges against ME for the actions of this anonymous asshole. He is free to acquire and disseminate all my personal court documents and has already done so. This is life. It is unfair.
