I believe he either has a legacy copy of word on his grifted laptop, or more likely is paying the subscription for office, which is something like $400 annually, so that he can make his pee pee poo poo menu's. I may be wrong, but I think nutty norman is one of his cringe cards that he writes on notebook paper about people who've bullied him. Come to think of it, I don't even think I saw a blood seal on his cringe cards.

This still makes no sense. Windows has had a built-in "Print to PDF" since.. what? 7? Even Word 2013 has a "Save as PDF" option. Google Docs has "Download - as PDF". Tarl is just a lazy stupid drunk.
Even Picasso was painting breathtaking scenes as a child, then turned to the poopoo peepee of Cubism and other abstract bullshit later in life despite being immensely talented. And Tarl is no Picasso, he can't even crash out artistically.

I could see him doing that. Since he doesn't do business digitally (at least not real business) that could work. I've tried using Open Office and LibreOffice but the .doc compatibility isn't there. Cheapest out I've found has been Google docs, just export as whatever you're client has, and it works. Not being able to use acrobat to convert PDFs though is peak boomer, I had some things scanned a while back and most print shops have scan to PDF as a default output.
I don't even have acrobat because I don't like what Adobe does to my system but it hardly matters, I've been printing to PDF from every software that I use in windows or linux for so long I can't remember when it became common. Tarl is simply lazy in all ways.
@Styxhexenhammer666 just go to your document and pretend you're going to print it. Ctrl+P or whatever you like to use. In the drop-down to pick a printer, select "Print to PDF" instead. Take a moment to save it to an easy to find folder. Maybe make a folder first and leave it on your desktop at all times.
