I think it all has the potential for PPP to ask things--even in good spirit--that can fuck her, and she will be honest dumb enough to answer.

Nikki as your non-attorney I advise you not to give interviews until it's all over with, or at least keep a lawyer on retainer so you can ask them first what can be discussed, outline acceptable questions and answers, and then follow through with what you're advised to do. Sounds expensive, and risky still. I don't know what the benefit would be.

Based strictly on the Conditions of Release in Nikki’s case (26-CR-01105), here’s what applies:

Under Condition 14(a) she must:
"not knowingly initiate or maintain contact with Tarl Warwick.. including in person, in writing, by telephone, by electronic communication including through social media, texts or email or through a third person .. even if the protected person initiates contact."

Under Condition 15 she must:
"not abuse or harass Tarl Warwick in any way .. including verbal threats, written, telephonic or other electronically communicated threats .. or multiple attempts to communicate after being informed such contact is not welcome."

So can she talk about him online in an interview? / Is simply mentioning him automatically illegal?
Not necessarily, the order prohibits - contact with him, harassment or abuse directed at him.

It does not explicitly say "you may not speak about him publicly."

If she answers an interviewers questions about Tard and responds truthfully - yes, its close to the edge, but I dont think she would be violating the court by talking about this faggot.
