I wonder what was the deciding factor in this latest development:
Did he think retards are pliant and more dependent and thus easier to control? In MamaJF's situation, she was isolated from her support system by an abuser who murdered her, but in this case I don't think Tarl will be able to do that. So I'm wondering what his gameplan is other than 'They can't get me in NY, take TAKE judicial system!'

Yes on both accounts. She is more pliant and therefore easier to control, he thinks. I hear tard rages can get pretty hairy though and I’m not sure spaghetti arms will be up to the task especially in his current condition. Nikki barely blew him a kiss and he fell over. Probably, if he still has that cognitive function to take advantage of people. It really does seem scummy of him and if he wasn't such a bad person it'd be one thing but he's probably manipulating yet another vulnerable woman. Mel can handle any situation. She has retard strength and has been known to beat on her dad, if not her mother & siblings as well.
