I had 4 porcelain veneers put on, maybe 15 years ago, but I was in a town that had a local manufacturer. It cost me $2,500 all together, with 2 root canals. My mom got one just last year, it cost her something like $3k but the porcelain wasn't local (she only had to pay like $600, insurance covered the rest).

Anyone think Tarl is taking advantage of the addiction clinics within walking distance of Mel's house? Yeah, me neither.

Very interesting thought... He was so optimistic and reassuring during the darkest days of the pandemic, Floyd riots, j6 persecutions etc, when every conservative reply guy was selling us the woke end of the world. With @Peachorino so graciously providing us the numbers, we can see he made a little bit of money but here's the problem:

He was successful enough to not have to leave his parents' home, get a real job or start a career, but if he did not find his political niche and was stuck doing videos about the magical power of memes and herbs for pennies, would that have actually propelled him to drink less, sleep properly, leave the BPD bitches alone, and make something of himself?

In short, was he actually a victim of his own success?

He was a victim of his own aversion to work. He lucked out, and his success gave him an abundance of time to explore vices.
His vices became addictions, his addictions became his unravelling.
You have to have an inborne illness and lack of introspection to habitually seek out the type of women he does, and how every relationship with these women end in a carbon copy of the previous one. It's groundhog day. Obliterating yourself through drugs and alcohol is far, far easier than fixing your shit and digging upwards out of the hole you dug for yourself.

Its about 1,500$ to 5k per tooth depending on who you go to for implants. But he could have a false one made that is attached to a retainer that would look perfect for like 200$. But he would still sound funny.

@Sekmhet666 Do you know if Tarl had any special Ed classes in school because of his behavior? I feel like he has some social issues that can be explained by untreated A.D.D. His dedication to self medicating with booze only bolsters my thoughts.

He hit the sweet spot of online “success” that was basically poison: enough to stay comfortable, not enough to become competent. He squandered what little had and considering he was already a boozer and co dependent on his parents, I think if the Trump bump didn't happen he'd of faded away. Doing something like those cringey MRE reviews with a silly army helmet.
So instead of building a real life with that little bit of success - he built a character and the audience essentially paid for the character; there was never any real knowledge or information coming from him. He became a caricature of himself, albeit a legit lolcow, and now entertains us with his self induced misfortune.

He's been pretty forthcoming on videos about being diagnosed with "ADD" and needing some special courses, although not because he was a traditional retard, as we all called them in my day; he seems to have excelled at school. I don't remember if he said he took meds. In any case, diagnosing a busy, bright child and pumping him full of amphetamines is all kinds of fucked up, hammering the kid into the Idiocracy-grade curriculum.

From what has been said here, Tarl was fostered out for a while because his parents screwed up in some way. Maybe that has something to do with his various pathologies. It seems sad to me. People have suggested/hinted that the parents are sort of scabby people sometimes in trouble with the law.
 
I remembered watching some old Tarl clips from way back when

He mentioned living out in Texas and he was briefly married to a Mexican torta. Seems to have ended like all of his other relationships.
