He's definitely prohibited from drinking alcohol from the Vermont case, probably Louisiana too.

edit: only if it "interferes with your employment or the welfare of your family, yourself, or any other person."

Sooo... a while back I posted a google street view of Mel's abode at 1661 Bay Rdige Pkwy. in Brooklyn. When I posted it, I noticed the address on the picture was for 1661 75th St. After a little more searching, I believe that is the correct pic, here is a Homes.com listing with more detail.

That's a really good question, I don't know if anyone got the order or at least posted it in the thread. I know we have a lurker who is local to NOLA...
As far as probation, there's generally two types:
1) Monitored: this means a probation officer keeping tabs on you, and may or may not drug test you as they see fit. (I don't think he has this)
2) Bench: this means a court/probation office clerk looks at your file every so often and makes sure nothing comes up as flagged. (I think he has this)
Generally terms are: don't do drugs, don't threaten women with swords, if you interact with the police for anything more than a traffic offense notify the court.. but they aren't going to really check up on you until it's time to clear your case, and that's mostly a rubber stamp if you don't owe them money.

Definitely. He "swore off" alcohol for the grand total of like 5 days after New Orleans and made it a point to mention he was done with drinking. The minute he got back to Vermont and Sam closed her legs (temporarily) the bottle went back up to his crusty face.

I used to live/work there for a time late 90s and early aughts - and say what you want about that city and the loonies that occupy it, but its really, really hard to scam people there - they have seen every form rapist, diddler, scam artist, bullshitter, shyster and wizard of fuckery known to man 10 times over. Condition 12 is fairly boilerplate in Vermont. My understanding is that he has to have a police interaction where alcohol is the instigating factor or lose his job (technically not possible). If Nikki was aware of this condition and didn't call the police the moment he threatened her while drunk, it actually speaks to her character positively.

Yeah I don't think a respectable New York city family is going to suffer this drunken leather-clad occultist living in their daughter's home, mooching off them and trying to chow her pristine box with his remaining Vantayellow chompers.

If he isn't escorted into the (((tunnels))) or the island within 24 hours, there may be another strategy for pirate removal that my lower caste mind cannot comprehend. That and the cops have his original phone. So he cant even send a text to recover. He had his youtube login cached on the computer he used from home. The original phone with his stuff was lost to Vermont during the pirate hat DV arrest scene. His backup phone and his junk laptop he is travelling with dont have the youtube login cached.

Yah, I remember how he used to smugly chuckle about how little he knew about the instruments of his trade. It used to bug me.

Now I'm glad that he never learned a fucking thing about the accounts he streams with, because it's super funny. He never learned anything about his camera either, or his lights, or his editing tools. It's a miracle that he learned enough to do his show for so long at all.
