Checks out. From what I gathered Mel's father is a former Marine/current NYC garbage man (FYI all NYC employee salaries are public) and her mom is a medical biller. It's rare, but I don't even want to make predictions anymore because the antics are always more retarded than I could have possibly imagined. Maybe she's charged with something nonsensical like high treason and shot from a cannon. At this point, I'd accept any goofy outcome.

If Tarl shows up to the March court date with two clean piss tests, they'll probably let Pam slide. If he fucks this up in any way, such as fleeing to NY to live with a lipstick-smeared potato and still doing alcohol and drugs and missing his next court date, he'll probably be pulling Pam down with him.

Edit: and of course, if WE know where Styx is, SAM knows where he is, and she might start burning down the po-po's telephone lines again. IIRC she's not a big Pam fan.

I was sucker punched for the sin of "waking her up"- which I did not even do. She woke up on her own and was for some reason mad I was on the computer, which never woke her before. She became aggressive and assaulted m, grappling and shoving. She then committed actual battery (unlike me) and I have a material witness. It was by calling that material witness onto a live call to witness what was happening that she decided to punch me. I did not know what else to do spur of the moment.

I was reluctant to make a criminal complaint because the law is an ass but it s now out of my hands.

Oh, yes, I outlined the laws she broke in LA, and she did it interstate, so now thats bonus Federal charges, like wirefraud, etc, and possibly Vermont can get involved, like harboring a fugitive. You are always better off not saying anything, not showing up, etc, than saying lies.
