I've been working on a few Styx ai cover songs to add to the thread soundtrack. I've had to retrain the voice model
I love creative efforts like this. My only criticism, and it's a personal pet peeve, the A. I. chose a highly compressed, early 2000s mixing style, almost post American Beauty style. My ears grew up on the sound of Muscle Shoals and the sublimeness of Stax studios in Memphis. But, again, Jolly good!

Thanks. The dataset I trained it on was every "song" Styx has ever released on YouTube. I downloaded them, removed the instruments and chopped out long silences and fed it to to the ai. He used a lot of echo and reverb in his older songs so there is definitely a lot of bad stuff in the set that I should probably take out. Tarl's natural range is definitely far from what any reasonable human with ears would describe as sublime. His voice was much more suited for this track...

He was probably just jerking off.
The old 'get away with every monkey slinging jizz offense.'

Hey, I just have grand mals I swear I cant control any of this shit. Epileptic Tourette's, fuck. Boing, splooge, oof.

Yeah, oh yeah. take your pants and your panties - shit on the floor.

Look for tard doing music covers, that faggot sounds like a chick normally, but his singing voice is quite serviceable - he is just unpracticed, undisciplined, untrained. he could sound like Weird Al if he had anything in him other than wanting to win a gold medal in the sport of drinking Leaving Rut Vegas style and BPD hooring. BTW, my KIDS enjoy Weird Al just like I did in the 80s, what the fuck. Weird Al, never selling out, if there ever was a guy you could say "This Guy Fucks" about, Weird Al is the man.

A.I has decided that Tarl has 50%-70% chance of being raped if he gets 16 years and 20%-29% if he gets 5. Best of luck Tarl!
And the A.I. said that was for Vermont prison. In New Orleans, it'll probably be 50%-70% chance each week! 😁

I'm glad someone saved this, because I didn't want to look for it in my unmanaged downloads folder again.
I have a folder just for Styx stuff now, there's been a lot of great creations in this thread. I'm sure if I didn't have it someone else would, that one was a classic!

They are all in there, along with the likes of "Marco Roboto" and his JonLennon icq troll songs. There are a few I did enjoy. The downside of getting all the stuff ready to train was that I had to listen to every second of every song he has ever made a few times over. So who is really trolling who at that point. That being said he does have some that aren't bad. It's the retrointernetwave whatever the fuck that I didn't exactly care for.

I'm also training Sam up, but she has a lot less in her set and has been failing to hit all the notes in Bring me to life. I have duets in the works.

Tard's covers:
on "Yesterday", the A.I. had the original George Martin 1965 mix placement right, but the reverb on the original was all in the string orchestra, and McCartney's voice was pretty dry with some sweetening echo applied at the end of verses. That's what happens when you've heard an original too many times. But again, I still enjoyed it.

That one is an actual Styx voice cover he recorded and not AI.
